Happily surprised by this apartment hotel. It is well located and spacious. PRO - Spacious (very high ceiling) - Balcony and very large windows - Duplex mezzanine (the bedroom is upstairs) - Clean and feel quite new CONS - Reception could improve (staff grooming and appearance) but they were all very nice, including security guard - Mezzanine might not be for everyone that wants privacy (we loved it tho) We will highly recommend this place.

The 2 floor studio was very spacious, all good. And they were very flexible with cleaning our rooms, as we always left late and they still came back later to clean it. Yes a bit far from old quarter, but a grab will take u there for 100k vnd, so nothing

The view was perfect facing the nhat tan bridge, while the room was a joy to stay at. If you are tired of the city, this is a good place that you can relax and enjoy Hanoi in another way. I recommend picking a room with bridge view than westlake view.

Do not stay here for one it's overpriced too it's super hot the window is big no air conditioning can fix this the only time you'll have a good time here is actually in the winter when the sun is in a problem but don't stop there because the security is lousy they don't care about you you're just the person staying there for a short or long time they actually view their job more important just to sit around on their phone and sleep and not even attend to your needs as the security should be there to provide you Safety and Security but they are not and they're actually rude and considerate and competent and uneducated and not friendly I would highly suggest that you consider other options and when I say this you should listen to me if you are smart this is not the place to go to okay a few people come here to take pictures in the front and take pictures but that's about it but the stay here no bueno the restaurant below sucks that's a poor excuse for Vietnamese food I think an overweight obese person living in a trailer park in rural MidWest America can cook better Vietnamese food than the people down in that place did I mention that the price is overpriced yeah you can get a place with better service better beds better furniture and better scenery for half of the price elsewhere I guarantee you this if you value your peace of mind and your safety don't come here

The tall guy that worked at the receptionist is a very unprofessional person. I actually overheard him gossiping about other tenants and a very foul away when he was working. They also refuse to help the tenants that live there and speak bad about them. I think when you are Working as a receptionist you need to smile and greet the customers and even the long term stairs And friendly and supportive and not gossip about them. And I also believe that if you are working security at a place like this. It's important to protect the safety of the Tenants and also the guests and not just stay on your iphone And play Video games all day and waste in your life. This placeis overpriced and the huge window males the room hot even if you blast the air conditioning. Ciputra is much better. The tall guy at the receptionist doesn't do his job he just gossips about others to the girl with the glasses

And studio is probably the worst place you can stay the security is lousy the rooms aren’t even comfortable if you compare this place to Vin pearl you’ll get way more value we were professionalism I wouldn’t recommend staying here the air conditioner doesn’t work the place has huge windows so there’s no insulation and so what that does is make the bedroom terribly hot it’s not designed well for the price you pay for a room here or you can find a way better trust me the securities in competent they allow strangers in your room floor without proper authorization with you giving risk to your safety.

4star apartment. It was very clean and stylish places.

The rooms are very photogenic, but the open concept with a loft and staircase may not be practical for a couple or people with children. That aside, the rooms are in great condition and the hotel is close to restaurants and coffee shops.

Such a brilliant place in West Lake to get away from the noise. The apartments are really spacious, clean and furnished to a high modern standard. The staff were so helpful during my stay even letting me borrow their phone to make a domestic call. There is a supermarket and mall close by as well as a resto and cafe in the building. The facilities including gym and swimming pool were quiet and easy to access. Would love to return here.

Check in - was super uncomplicated. The apartment was very spacious and clean. The gym and pool area were nice as well. It’s a little bit far from the city center. The spa wasn’t open yet, bad luck for me I guess 😭😭 Would definitely come back.

Wouldn't agree with everyone telling bad stuff about service. Receptionists are very friendly and helpful!

The best apartment hotel in honoi , clean and comfortable, big space and morden furniture , had a wonderful stay !

This particular reception staff member was really rude and unhelpful. Totally soured the experience we'd planned for our honeymoon. There was also pubic hair all over our bathroom and messy fridge but that may not have been their cleaners fault so I'll give them a little leeway on that even though it was disgusting.

Apartment and services apartment managed by Ascott. Near west lake some unit have both view west lake and red river very nice. Facilities if better swimming pool will be excellent. Library, gym, kid play room small but find. Restaurant at ground floor next to lobby is expensive. Should have better price for local residents can afford.

Please consider your options elsewhere this is not a good place to rent for short-term the main complaint would be the security and it's extremely lousy the second would be poor quality of building infrastructure poor insulation the room is super hot during the day the air conditioning doesn't do much power outages stuff like that it's a 50/50 toss of a coin when you book here odds are not really comparable to your needs especially for traveling long term I would highly suggest that you book another place because there's too many red flags here and when you get here maybe you'll catch the security or the staff on a good day but I'm telling you they're not looking out for your interest
