Amazing customer service. Rooms are pretty good considering the location (which is incredible). Good shuttle service to the airport as well. Recommend!

Friendly staff: willing to go the extra length to provide comfort and convenience for their guests. They even offered to make takeaway breakfasts for us when we had to check out way before the stipulated breakfast time. Convenient location: it is somewhat it the heart of Hanoi. It is easy to get anything from here. Else, just grab a ride you will be able to reach most POI in less than 20 minutes. Condition of the rooms: There are some design flaws in the layouts. But rest assured it is clean.

Great location in old quarter with very clean and nice rooms. Ocean and Loan were very helpful and nice and they gave us great recommendations for what to see in the old quarter. They also have a great laundry service and cafe, and they can hold your bags in the lobby until you find your next hotel. Very trustworthy and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend, best hotel in Hanoi old quarter.

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. They help us with everything: order the car with good price, excellent tours, the train ticket... They made our holiday much easier and memorable. Our deluxe room itself is spacious with big balcony. Breatfast is free and lots of choices. The location is great, few steps to night market and the lake. We highly recommend this hotel!

Room was ok - smelled nice and linens were clean. There is no elevator so if you're at the top, prepare to get some exercise in. Outside of the rooms near the stairs was a constant smell of cigarette smoke which was unpleasant. Breakfast was not too shabby and the location of the hotel makes it easy to get to many great restaurants. The biggest asset to the hotel are its staff. Everyone was really kind and was more than happy to help. Would recommend - good value for the price

If you want and old hotel, that need renvoations, with no windows, not really clean and really basic breakfast that is the place for you. The photos are not representative of the reality. Book elsewhere for 25$ a night in the old quarter. We were not supposed to stay there ; we book an appartement but the lady transfer us there. We had to change room twice because the first room was dirty, with a broken bathroom floor and really small for what we orginally paid. The second room was bigger and cleaner. The positive point is that the staff is cordial and helpful.

Great location. Walking distance to night market, the lake and many others. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with any tour you want to take. Our toilet was too close to the shower, no problem if you’re left handed 😂. Room is outdated, need an upgrade.

This is a family run accommodation. I stayed at the six person dorm. It was very clean and spacious. Usually the bunks I stay at shake when the person above me moves, however, it was rock solid. It comes with curtains to block off the light. Room comes with AC, large shower/toilets room. The lockers are a bit finicky but found this place to be safe. If in doubt, bring a lock and a cord to tie the handle. The staff is very friendly, polite and speak English. It includes free breakfast but I didn't try since food was one of the reasons why I came to Hanoi. Centrally located, food is within walking distance. I booked a Sapa tour with them and they let me deduct the extra nights I paid against the tour cost. Water, beer cost the relatively the same as Circle K.

Very good choice for budget hotel and great location. You can walk to everywhere: pharmacy, restaurant, lake, night market within 5 minutes. Room is well clean and bed is comfortable. Staff is amazing, so helpful and funny. They organized very good Ha Long bay trip for us. Thank you!

Cheap, reasonably clean and helpful staff. No elevator (if you have heavy bags its troublesome getting to the upper floors because stairs are narrow), breakfast was nothing to highlight but what really turned me off was the noise. The Inn is on a busy street and the washer machine was next to our room (the only one available) which unfortunately was on all night until past midnight. Even though the room had no windows you could still hear people on the street and of course, the laundry machine.

Was in a 6 bed room with bathroom. Pretty spacious room and clean, comfortable beds. The staff very nice and helpful and location is just perfect. The only weak point is that there are no common places to meet other guests apart from the cafe at the entrance.

First of all, we booked it on Agoda (which is a very popular booking website in Vietnam) under "New Vision Hotel" which they hadn't bothered to change the name of on the website. We stayed at 4 different hotels in Hanoi and the other 3 were far nicer for the same money. Our sheets had noticeable stains on them and the the shower head was broken. The photos are definitely far nicer that the actual hotel. Despite the poor quality, the staff were friendly.
