Highly recommend this hotel. Lily the hotel manager welcomed me warmly and the receptionist and guards are all very nice. They clean my room daily. The breakfast is very good as well with the best view! I had a great first solo trip experience because of them. I will definitely go back again.

Stayed at this Hotel for 3 nights. Staff were fantastic, in particular thank you to Lily for your assistance. Rooms clean and amenities good. Two of the best parts are the breakfast and the location right in the old quarter and alongside the lake. Free wifi, Extremely good value for money. Will stay again.

Incredible staff, the nicest people you will ever meet. They looked after us like family while we stayed for a week due to an injury. Rooms are beautiful with nice view of the lake. Roof top terrace with breakfast provided is amazing. Great food selection with yogurt eggs, noodles, fruit etc. Amazing location.

I turned up at this hotel after having a bad experience at another hotel at about 1130am. The lady at reception and all of the staff were super friendly. English was excellent! She showed me 2 rooms, both were very nice. Rooms are older, not modern but VERY clean and well looked after. They have everything you need. I had the room with Street view and it wasn't too loud, it was really nice and ambient. I had a very good night's sleep here! I have to leave Hanoi today but would gladly stay here again. Shower was also good! Bathroom was also very clean!!! Perfect location for lake and the old quarter! I was able to check in early. 5 star service! Can not find anything to complain about :)

I stayed just 2 nights. Very good hotel not only for business but also for family trip. Staffs were wonderful. They were doing their best to solve the issue we faced even though it was not their business. Restaurant on top has great view and food. Room was nice and they upgraded room for free. 5 minutes to Hoan Kiem lake by foot. Good location. I'll stay at this hotel again.

Spent there 3 nights in total. Location is great, nice hotel, and the best thing: the staff! Never met nicer people then centre point staff. even helped us out when we stayed in a different hotel (last night they been fully booked so we couldn't stay there) Booked 3 tours with thier travel agent , Lily, all went perfectly smooth.

Loved this hotel. The service was 10 stars. All the staff were amazing. The hotel itself was nice but amazing but nice. Breakfast was good. Good selection of food, fresh eggs, fruit, yogurt, bread pastries etc. They amazingly had fresh juice.

Close to lake. Quiet street after 11 some rooms very small. Go for deluxe. Great helpful staff. Lovely breakfast looking over lake. Close to all the action n places in old quarter n great price

Have had a great stay here. Excellent location. Usual hustle and bustle to get here but it is to be expected. Great breakfast and the staff are all wonderful, friendly and helpful.

Great location, in the center of Hanoi city and in the middle of the old quarter, the staff are incredibly nice, helpful and has beautiful vibes, the breakfast can be better with more options and higher quality food, otherwise I definitely recommend it.

I only stayed for one night, but would have loved to stay here (and in Hanoi) for longer. The room was lovely, staff were kindly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great. Decent views (from the rooftop restaurant) over the lake. Would absolutely recommend it.

The location and the roof top buffet breakfast is one of its attraction point. The stuff and manager Lily is also very nice and helpful. One should try this hotel to experience your self the comment I put here.

Conveniently located, I enjoyed my stay at Centre Point Hanoi Hotel. The room I got is well-kept and tidy. The bathroom amenities were sufficient too. Because it's so conveniently located, I found myself being able to come back and take a rest in the middle of the day when I got tired of walking around the Old Quarter. The street here is also relatively quiet, and just a few metres away from 4P Pizza. On the same street, there are a number of massage establishments too. The owner and staff are hospitable. They are knowledgable and are able to provide sufficient help, such as helping me to confirm a booking I made for a bus out of town. The breakfast here is also pretty good. You have it on the 9th floor, which provides a great view of the surrounding area, including the lake. On the 2 days I was here, the breakfast menu somewhat changed. There's a buffet spread of bread, fruits, salads and some hot food like pork skewers and pork in cream sauce. You can also order omelettes and phos if you're looking for something freshly prepared. Overall, this place provides good value and I would recommend staying here.

Wonderful friendly and helpful staff. Clean and we'll maintained room, with excellent bathroom. As we had a room without a window there was no street noise - though there was a little from other guests. Breakfast was included, and was very good, with a lovely view of the lake. Only one (minor) quibble was that the bed was very hard. Otherwise a fantastic experience.

The hotel location is good as very easy to access all the shopping and food. The room is not that spacious as given most hotel rooms in Hanoi is about the same.

Had the best experience staying at this hotel. All the staffs are very helpful during my stay, especially Lily, the hotel manager who explained about all the tour sites and allowed early check in for me and my family. Absolutely grateful for their hospitality. Will stay here again if I visit Hanoi again.

Location is incredible central Old town, with a view over the lake during breakfast (although there was construction on the building next door so the top deck isn't as peaceful as it should be). Price might be a little high for the small rooms

Very good location that is near to the lake and just next to old quarter. Staff is friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Lily who recommended good day trips to Ha long bay and Dinh Binh. The roof top hotel restaurant and the lake view are amazing. Thanks to the hotel crews that made my stay a memorable one in Hanoi.

This is a small and well kept property located in the vicinity of Hoan Kiem Lake. The owner and staff are extremely friendly and attended to our requests immediately. The room is small and cosy, and it is clean and well-kept. Not all rooms have windows and/or a view of the Lake. Our room only had one small window and it is boarded up. Breakfast is served on the rooftop from 6.30am to 9.30am. The balcony provides a good view of the Lake. The menu is kept small and simple. There are salad and fruits, and 5-6 hot dishes. You can also order eggs/omelettes and/or pho from the server. The hotel is within walking distance from the Old Quarters, the Lake and many other places of attraction. The area also has a lot of cafes and food options too. Will recommend this place if you are looking for a cheap and good property for your stay!

I will actually give this hotel 5* as the value for money was great. Although the rooms are small they are modern and clean. Unbeatable location and view of the lake from the terrace...no bar, but they let You grab a beer at circle k and enjoy it.

This hotel is good value for the money. Room size was ok, but the good point is the location next to Hoan Kiem Lake, 2min by walk. Staff was nice. Breakfast was ok but not a lot of choice, but the view of the lake is appreciable.

Excellent location in the old quarter on a quiet street. The service is excellent. Staff are very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The rooms were nice and very clean. The beds were comfortable too. The breakfast was excellent with local breakfast choices, and western options as well. They always had fresh fruit and excellent coffee. Great value. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

The room was nice and the staff were friendly but there were really loud noises (I assume construction) all night long which made it super hard to sleep. We stayed for two nights and it was the same for both nights.

One of the best value for money hotels in the centre of Hanoi. Packed with an epic wholesome breakfast buffet on the rooftop with the lake view. Nice rooms, good service, helpful staff and I would always recommend any couple, solo travellers and families to stay here. I have now loved here twice consecutively during my trip to Hanoi and I have always left super satisfied.
