Trang Tien Plaza is a luxury mall within the Hanoi Old Quarter. It is located within the walking distance to Hanoi Opera House and Hoan Kiem Lake. Not all the levels are the mall are opened yet. There are high end restaurants and CGV cinema at this mall as well.

I took a small group of fashion students to Trang Tien Plaza to talk about the visual merchandising of the various high end brands. There were 8 of us. Every shop we went into, I entered first and respectfully asked the manager if it was ok to enter with the group. They we all very understanding and friendly and also very helpful. While we were walking through the mall 2 security staff followed us. Long story short, the head of security rather aggressively told us to leave. I tried to explain what we were doing and that we were asking permission from the managers of the stores and he basically said he didn’t care. Allowing us to be there was up to the head or the owner of the building. He was a nasty little man that made my students uncomfortable. I tried to explain that these students are customers of the stores but he really didn’t care. I am basically giving this man 1 star and not the plaza. However, the Plaza have employed this rude and unprofessional man and he represents them. I would normally let these things go, but not in this case. Trang Tien Plaza you need to know that you have a spiteful, rude and unprofessional front of house ambassador who is affecting the brands you represent.

All luxury shops jammed packed into a moderately sized building. Enter in to feel rich. That's about it. Find it to be a rather non practical mall with not even a decent dinning/drink area or convenient store.

This is a luxury brand mall only high end brands showrooms are these : for e.g Chanel, Cartier, Tiffany's, Rollex Rang rover card etc.. must visit you might find something in your budget.

The most luxurious shopping mall located at the heart of Hanoi. Almost of world's most famous brands may be found here. Been there several times for shopping and have always been pleased with the service they provided. One of the most prestigious shopping destinations in town!

Looks fancy but they wanna charge mopeds for 5 minutes of parking -.- never 👎 And the stores are 95% for women and only have like 50 different pieces per store. It’s a joke. Went through all fashion shops to find out they are all pretty much empty.

It was nice, the staff opened the door for me but when I entered i immediately felt out of place as i was just looking for a grocery store or circle k but i was surrounded by shops such as prada and gucci as far as the eye can see. Very beautiful though, it was nice to pretend that the security would let me in the shops

Small space crammed with high-end luxury brands, yet basically completely empty. Just a lacklustre, unimpressive, stuffy sad tiny place tbh. Quite a few shops were EMPTY with no employees! No biz no atmosphere nothing, it was silent when I was there🤷‍♀️ If you want a real luxury shopping experience, go to LOTTE mall building. It’s way bigger, has more variety and is more luxurious and feels more alive. There’s friendly staff everywhere waiting to help you rather than judge you, which was definitely the atmosphere I felt TTP had.

Shop nice for Vietnam, but nothing special for western world. Prices are fun - 3-6 times more then in Europeor Usamost expens8ve shops. E.g. simplest t-shirt which in Munchen (most expensive German city) itcosts no more than 100-130 eur... so yes it is nice place to lough and get some aircondition before go somewhere else. Hope 5star reviewers bought there something as well ;)))

Super high-end mall for luxury brands only, such as Gucci, Versace, Chanel, etc. Great customer service and good location. Highly recommended, especially for suit buyers!

This is a super quiet mall, mainly due to the luxury brands it holds. Not much here for strolling and window shopping and the ambience is impacted because there are basically no customers! Good location for sure, although on weekends the taxi will not be able to take you to the front door due to the streets around it being closed. Definitely a place for the wealthy to shop, but there is mor much here you won't be able to buy at home.
