I often go to bigC to shop every week. The parking lot is regularly occupied by non-purchase vehicles as a free parking lot. Central VN should manage the parking lot with a card system and collect money by the hour (for vehicles without shopping receipts).

I went to this big C yesterday and it was disgusting! So many cockroaches in the fruit section… all over the banana and avocado. Tomato are all rotten in the packages. This place is a health hazard!

All required materials available for an expat under one shop. Counters are always busy while few are always closed.

I don't know why, but paying there is a nightmare. It takes 3 times the time of scanning products. Cashier except just use contactless payments and make it quick, they put always card inside and ask for PIN. I could pay there quick using GPay or Apple Pay, because they support that. They also scan everything super slow. No surprise that lanes are long and waiting 5x more than expected.

Good place for shopping. Every necessary thing is available here. Inside was neat & clean. Wash room also very clean. A lot of food shops also here to take all types of food. Price was reasonable. There is also a huge parking area in front of the market.

Visited after 8 years and felt so bad. No customer services at all. I came here around 2p.m Wednesday, it was not so many customers but staffs. I asked at least 3 staffs for a can of coco milk, but no one willing to show or answer. Staffs grouped up to talking and blocking the way to check out by shopping carts. All the shelves have no infor or number, which hard for customers to find items. I had to walk two times, all the way around the supermarket to get a can of coco milk. No reason to come back!

Was a bit crowded but it was a Sunday morning. Good prices and a lot of variety to choose from. The wait in the queue was the longest. About 20mins waiting but staff are very friendly.
