Clothes and accessories made by Japanese designer who employs deaf-mute workers and has other projects to help different ethnic groups. The employees are very friendly and explained a lot of the work that goes into making each piece. Were were also able to see the workshop where the deaf-mute workers work and they were there having their lunch break. The employees also seem to be very patient with rude clients (there were some rude people when I went there).

Super cute handmade indigo shop. They have lovely linen and cotton products. They can make things for you and it only takes a few days. We got handmade line orange pants and a red cotton kimono. They cost around 800-900k each and were made in a few days. The ladies working there are so lovely and they employ people with disabilities to work there which is a really great idea. Definitely visit and buy some cute things.

A fantastic mix of new and vintage indigo pieces. Some old Hmong pieces were amazing to see. For collectors, the prices are at the top end ($1200 for a jacket). On the top floor is the atelier where they make and dye. Worth a visit if indigo is your thing.

I was made to feel very uncomfortable by the man working here - at least, he said it was his shop. He followed me inside and tried to sell me a tour as I was looking at the jewellery. He then asked if I wanted to ‘make friends’ with him followed by a physical touch on my arm. I left immediately after that. If you are a solo female traveller, do not go here.

Indigo Store is my favorite store in Vietnam. Everything is handmade ( including the patterns on the clothes )and they use a special flower to dye their clothes. If you like something and want it in a different size or pattern, they will hand make it for you . I simply love this store. Be prepared to spend money.
