I used to going here for cinema, ice skating or to buy some clothes. It's quite large with reasonably wide selection of shops and with Vinmarkt as general supermarket style store. Also there is a bowling with other game area especially for kids. Ice skating is pretty good if you are missing ice in Hanoi. Price is ok 220k during weekends and they borrow you a ice skates too. For kids they've got penguin :) Bike or car could be parked at underground parking lots just be careful for your choice of spot because you can easily park far from entrance to mall.

Really nice cinema, not much people when we visited twice (Monday and Tuesday) Good prices compared to Sweden. Only drawback, suger och the popcorn and not salt!? Come on guys! And the Cola wasnt that good. But there is a store 100m away and they don't mind bringing that in

Theater was big with decent seating. Not sure if it's a culture thing, but people kept coming in late even 25 minutes into the film. Was very distracting. People also used their phone lights to walk up and down the aisle.

Loooks amazing. Making big wow on the top but underground for me dont looks so cool just shops and food place! Still 4 stars down 5 stars up!

Went on a weekday. Big shopping mall but 90% empty. Shops similar to those in Singapore, prices also about the same. Went to supermarket to grab snacks instead.

You Love Movie

All the CGV's in Vietnam seem to provide a great movie going experience. At this particular one we tried the first class theater. Seats are extremely comfortable, almost so comfortable I wanted to nap. Some different snacks and drinks are provided in lounge prior to seeing movie with 1st class tickets. Very nice experience.

This CGV cinema is located in the basement of the ultra big Vincom Royal City. In fact , the shopping mall is so big and you might have difficulty finding it. Quite a nice place to catch a movie after window shopping around

App showed screening with English subtitles,but only Vietnamese was on screen. Asked at the ticket counter to be on the safe side but she didn't understand or miscommunications happened. Ended up leaving the much anticipated film as we couldn't understand the plot. (Japanese dub)

The theater is uncomfortable. The movie I went only had about 10 people sit in, and it felt warm and stuffy. Also, the popcorn was poor quality. About 25% of the kernels weren’t popped.

I went here on Thursday at noon and it was super quiet. Not many visitors, i don’t know whether because it was work day or what. The mall itself is huge. But personally, i think could be improved maybe by making events to attract visitors.

If your in Hanoi then this one is good place to visit , you can do shopping, watch movies, try different delicious foood over here .

Friendly and enthusiastic staff, clean and beautiful room, I will definitely come back next time.

A big car parking and fancy lamour room

Do NOT get a taxi outside R6. We agreed a price with a man. We got into a cab. Halfway through We saw the driver had put on his meter. Really bad experience.

Everything is good but ads before film is too long

Ughh, almost 20 minutes of advertisement before the start of the movie, the movie in the ticket says it starts at 5:40pm but it started at 5:58pm, what a waste of time. Maybe it will start later if I didn't call their attention of having too long ads. Because ads are supposedly before the time of the movie itself. Not a good idea if you are really on time in everything 🙄🙄 other CGV cinemas are on time. 😑😑😑

A good place. But unfortunately you can bring a coffee you bought in the same mall. Very common for cinemas but guys - if you forbid to bring your drinks, sell something except cola and bubble tea. I guess it fair request.

Easy to lost the way at basement, remember the number of column other wise u cannot find your vehicle
