I bought a keyboard and wireless mouse set there 2 days ago. Asked the staff if I could test it at home and return it if it doesn't work. Had to change 2 sets of batteries within 2 days. So I decided to bring it back today. When I entered the store with the keyboard I was greeted with a 'NO' by employee Hoang. He contradicted his colleague by insisting it is not possible to return. Also check your receipt thoroughly as they might hand you an incorrect one. Which happened to me though they did not even want to see it in my case.
