Quite crowded during the opening day! However everything was ok! Up to standard. However, the air-con need to re-check cuz it was damn hot, might be because too many people! There is room for improvement especially cashiers need to be more careful while removing alarm devices from items! About the quality of products I was not happy with some items made from china, those are not exchangeable and I got one really bad quality! The leggings set for kid! Believe ZARA is not a place to sell those low quality items (Zara Girls legging one leg was cut higher than the other - cutting should not pass the QC)

Review from a tourist POV: The staff members are rude and have no customer service skills. They’ll shove their arm in your face to put something back on the shelf you’re looking at. They won’t give you an items tag in the changing room and then try and blame you for not giving the tag back. There’s a Uniqlo, Mango and French Connection nearby, go there instead.

I am used to friendly zara staff in Europe. And I am used to fixed prices. As I went to this Zara Store I wanted to buy a blouse for my girlfriend’s mum and the price suddenly doubled at the counter (from 799k to 1699k - price tag said 799 - staff said 1699k) We were really disappointed and left right afterwards. No deal was made. No excusion from stuff. Not recommendable in this case.

Reasonable clothing store with multiple escalators which allow access to the rest of the mall, and the clothing is typically what you’d find at a Zara elsewhere. It seems slightly disorganised though, and I’d suggest you browse the other stores in the centre before making any purchases here. There’s a Superdry store on one of the upper floors, as well as Nike, Adidas, Reebok, and Super Sports stores here too.

Good selections of clothes. Some staff are rude tho I was looking at clothes and one staff cut me to put some clothes back and not only one time but few times while shopping … so unpleasant to see staff rushing in the shop and cutting customers way… not professional at all…

A whole floor for men’s clothing which I love, really stylish clothing and friendly and helpful staff! A girl named Ngọc offered me a bag to carry my stuff which was appreciated !

I mean, I'm from Mexico which is also a poor country and it's not so overpriced l. Maybe it's the import tax, but I felt the clothes is completely not worth the cost.

Worst customer service from Danny from the fitting room and Alex that bumped into someone and not even saying sorry. Really bad attitude. Mina was great tho so I’m giving one star to her ! Worst service from Zara in Vietnam.

The attitude of the payment staff ( Kevin ) was terrible, there was no hello or thank you. The payment staff did not say a word when returning the credit card to the customer just placed it on the payment counter and when putting the items in the bag to give the items to the customer, he did not say a word of thanks. I wonder if it's because we dress so poorly that they consider this a luxury brand, and look down on other people like that? When customers are choosing items, two employees stand behind to watch, but do not assist in introducing products. Or is it because we didn't buy enough money that the staff's attitude is so different? For someone who works in the service industry, this is truly unacceptable. Is there anyone here who comes to check regularly? Right in the same center, but the Uniqlo brand always politely welcomes guests and has no intention of learning and innovating. Or only treat foreign guests and rich guests?

Large Zara department store with multiple levels for women, men and children clothing. Tidy store, friendly service. Reasonable prices. In the Vincom building complex with other stores.

A really nice 3 story Zara store. Everything was put up very well and overall pretty neit. Plenty of staff and we for once didn't get followed around by the store by staff.

Great shopping destination for fashion enthusiast as this is one of the brands that offers plenty of designs and styles to choose from. There are 3 floors catering for women, men and children's wear. Friendly staff who are able to communicate in english.

The store is large. Lots of products for everyone: man, woman, kid... Staffs look professional in black uniform. Westerners can find good things to wear in here. The location is central.
