The only thing that people come here I think it is because of the outdoor sitting and view! Services is not really good at all, I ordered less ice and they gave full cup of ice 2/3 ice and 1/3 coffee (consider only 90ml of coffee) Cakes (timamesu, and banana cake) are extremely lousy!

You need to walk 100m to order your drinks then bring them to your table by yourself. The order area is too far for self-service to the table outside, very inconvenient and frustrated. Quality is average. Never come back again

This is one of the local brand coffee shops. With a good variety of coffee options and cakes. You can also buy coffee bags, tumblers and other souvenirs. Recommended!

A nice, historical place, with nice ambience, you can heat water fountain from Hilton. Too bad plagued by rude customer service, and room temparature Capuchino.

Strong coffee for affordable prices. Nice staffs that can also speak in English. That really helps for foreign tourists. The place is nice but it will be good if they have their own toilet for customers.

Historic place with a big space and in a quiet corner. Good for work on your own or relax with your friends. Chairs can be more comfortable for that space. Toilets are available and clean. Coffees are fine.

Coffee shop with indoor and ample outdoor seating. Plenty of shaded seating options in a peaceful garden space next to the opera. Need to go inside to place your order, then pick it up outside (if you plan to sit outside) when it is ready. Drink and snack options are limited, but it is a good place to take a break.

Beautiful coffee store in the heart of the old Hanoi. It’s inside the opera house, and the entrance is in the back.

The staff can speak English well and are very accommodating! But sadly, they don’t have toilet inside. Great drinks as always!

Perfect place to read a book. You can also bring your pet. Move inside when it's too hot. Sometimes it's a bit too crowded though.

Like other highland locations its fantastic for a clean atmosphere of coffee and tea, Banh Mi here is quite delicious. DON'T go here for the usual clean washrooms, especially if your a lady as my wife found out. Please refer to photos. The WC behind the building in an underground parkade.

Biggest and beautiful garden café in Hanoi, just in center but only 1 issue that not convenient, need to go deep inside house to order and get drink. But one good point, can seat as long as we want. Nice to try guys 😄

Always a trick from the restaurant when they say small size is out, only mid and large sizes left. Just half a dollar more but very annoying and disrespectful to customers 😡

I am not a fan of their coffee (yet much better than Starbucks...), but their terrace at the Hanoi Opera House is classy and relaxing. So chic 👍
