    Today I got 2 pairs of jeans from CK. After I tried them quickly in the shop I bought them and thought that I would be able to exchange them in case I need a different size. After walking a bit more in the mall I tried the jeans again with some other clothes and decided to change of the CK jeans to 1 size bigger (from 32 to 33). Once I came to the shop the staff told me that it’s not possible because I bought the item on sale. I tried to explain that I do not want a refund I want just to change the size, they just apologised for the inconvenience and thats it. I personally find this ACFC policy ridiculous. P.S. I put one star to the company for their policies not the staff. The staff were professional and did what they have been told to do.
