After a quick Google search I found this place online. Didn’t have tats previously so this was my first one (naturally a little nervous). The staff was super friendly and gave everyone very personalized attention. The creation of the tattoo wasn’t rushed and the staff worked patiently to ensure it was exactly what I wanted. My tattoo artist was super cool and friendly. He had beautiful work done on his body and was very gentle given it was my first time. I had a great experience and love my tattoo.

As soon as you walk in, they treat you with the upmost respect and make you feel so comfortable! The quality of customer service was incredible and Sweet gave me the most beautiful tattoo! Of the four tattoos I’ve gotten, this was by far the friendliest experience I’ve ever had (the other three were in the United States). I 100% recommend this shop for a safe, clean, quality tattoo. I will certainly be back for another!

Went for an ear piercing for a teenager and was impressed! The technician was professional and made my daughter feel at ease. The materials and tools for the piercing were like a mini-surgery - new, clean, and sterile. There were a variety of earrings and piercing studs to choose from. Highly recommended.

I decided to trust La Thanh team and let them make my tattoo memory of Vietnam and I couldn't be more satisfied! The result was just amazing, even better than I expected. Good job for the piercing but I realised that I was over charged after speaking with some of my local Vietnamese friends (I’m a foreigner who’s visiting them). I went there twice. Both times, the receptionist gave me a price (which I agreed with) and 10min later told me that he made a mistake and that the price was actually higher (to which I had to agree since the artist was already cleaning the equipment for my piercing). The first time I thought it was genuinely a mistake but the second time I got suspicious. I ended up paying 120 dollars for 4 piercings. Sure they look nice, but I didn’t appreciate being taken for an idiot twice. My friends got similar piercings just as good as mine at 1984 tattoo & piercing for less than half the price (30 dollars for 2). I would recommend you to go there instead if you’re a foreigner. Overall good work but it was just a weird experience. I don’t want to be the annoying foreigner accusing a business of scamming its customers but I have enough experience to recognise one when I see one…

I visited the studio without an appointment and immediately got a design according to my ideas. The tattoo artist did the tattoo very quickly and with very high quality. The service was pleasantly friendly and courteous

Really nice place to get a tattoo, even some of the artist do not speak English the communication is fluent and they take care of the whole process of design and making. Here is the tattoo I got from them, one month healed. Definitely would recommend and return 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

got a tattoo here back in dec 22 and it healed super well! everyone here is really friendly and there were no problems with communication even though i don't speak vietnamese. the studio is really nice as well and love the polaroids! <3

I spent an incredible moment there! My trip to Vietnam was a dream since I was born and I really wanted to get something special that would stay forever. The manager speaks an impeccable English abd is so cool ! Furthermore, Hygiene is impeccable (and the music really nice) Tothesong94, the tattoo artist is SO talented ! He understood my idea and draw it in a even better way than I was expecting. Thank you so much for everything! For sure I'll come back to get another tattoo there whenever I come back to Vietnam.

Pros - The photographer and manager behind the desk were nice and friendly. Cons - The tattoo hurt a bit more than my other ones and the artist was rough with the paper wipes. Also bled a lot more than I have before on my previous tattoos even though I’ve had bigger and more blacked out areas. Unfortunately my tattoo has scared which you can see in my pics (it has now been four weeks) did the healing process exactly the same as they instructed.

Lovely staff. The studio owner Tuan Anh spoke great English and was very helpful to bring my design to life with my tattoo artist. We sat on the iPad and made the changes I needed until I was happy. My artist Khanh took a bit of time tattooing the design but had fantastic attention to detail. Overall pleased with the results :)

Loved loved loved La Thành tattoo!!! Got 3 done in one spot and all of them turned out AMAZING. Everyone I met was super friendly and patient even though I took forever to make up my mind. My artist was able to provide awesome guidance and advice while being extremely detail oriented. And goodness, her hands were steady. Definitely coming back here for my future tattoos.

excellent two weeks before I flew to Vietnam from Australia I messaged them asking for information regarding an appointment,they were very responsive and worked around my schedule, as much as they possibly could. didn't take long for me to feel right at home thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. the tattoo the artist who handled my tattoo was very professional friendly and full of smiles, not to mention patient (I changed my mind a lot) all his needles were unpacked in front of me and I can't stress enough about how well they keep the whole area sterile. even after the tattoo was done they made sure I understood after care procedures, this shows me they were truly enthusiastic about their work, and not eager to get rid of clients as soon as the work is done. atmosphere very easygoing, everyone was full of smiles, even the ones who weren't involved in my piece never failed to give me smile while walking past. Really loved the shop. They are all really friendly and we had good contact in advance over the email over the designs. We (me and my partner) got tattooed by Ray & Sweet. Both of them worked really mindfully and with love and care. Both thin lined tattoos and they both look great! The shop is really clean and we are more then happy with our tattoos. If back one day in Hanoi, we would definitely come back!💕
