Calming place with a cool, modern aesthetic. It has way more seating than you'd expect at first glance. Good sized tables that are suitable for working - if you're trying to get some work done, this is probably the best cafe in this area. The coffee was good. The basque burnt cheesecake was OK but quite small.

Seems like a good place and overall, but their customer service seems to be lacking. I was bringing in a expensive helmet that I didn't want to get stolen if I left it outside. One of the staff members wouldn't let me bring it in when the place was completely empty and he made me put it by the umbrellas by the door. I then asked if I could put it by these empty boxes underneath the records because it didn't quite fit in the space by the umbrellas. He said no because it was a display area, even though I asked why is there a backpack there and he said it was his. Obviously customer service isn't high on their list with some menial things. Ok, now for the drinks we asked for a little ice in our drinks and this is there interpretation of that. Otherwise, the drinks were tasty.

Great coffee shop to work or study! It is in a busy and narrow street so it’s easy to miss but once inside it is very spacious (and has many levels). They drinks are delicious and the staff are super friendly! There are MANY spots to sit down and work or have a chat with friends, but I specially enjoyed the large tables. The decor is minimalistic and clean. They currently don’t sell food but if you were really hungry there are many food stalls on the street outside. They sell a few items that are cool such as records, notebooks, tote bags, soaps, etc.

Super study café, very quiet and calm with a great atmosphere. The matcha is excellent, as was the almond croissant. There's also a piano which is tune and which you can ask to play!

Amaaaaaazing latte and cheesecake. I was able to do some journal writing. The atmosphere and vibe was so pleasant, especially if you’re looking for a quiet and isolated place that’s not loud. I noticed the music playing was some low-key indie artists and I was surprised because a lot of coffee shops play loud 2010s pop. Staff is so friendly and spoke English. There’s the main floor and upstairs, but the upstairs seating has no open windows so it was a little stuffy.

Wonderful little coffee shop! Staff is friendly and cold Vietnamese coffee is just what you need in the afternoon. A nice selection of art postcards and notebooks too. Nice to sit in air conditioning, sip coffee, and listen to music. They have a great selection of books and magazines you can leaf through while enjoying an afternoon respite.

It was good for everything coffee ,food and staff . The only thing I gave less rating is the enough place to seat because we came from cold outside and we want to relax , the staff said they closing the second floor and down were people with their laptops working in every table . No available table for us ,we seat next to the counter..

This coffee store has multiple floors with areas that have working space. Bonus as the flat white and matcha latte was really good too

One of the best work cafe in Hanoi thanks to its chilling atmosphere, comforting fragrance, and solid drinks. I would say they should update on some of the furnitures because there were signs of deterioration there, but overall, highly recommended if you need a quite place to concentrate. The space is not too large but very cozy.

Modern space, great coffee and amazing staff. The staff helped me with some recommendations for things to see/do close by. We left a shopping bag there and were on our way back to get it, and one of their staff members was already outside looking for us.

Staff super gentle and polite. Nice atmosphere, chill and relaxed. A perfect place to work with the computer. The guys speak very good english so I recommend this place to foreigners. The coffee with coco was exceptional. Of course, I will come back here.

Minimalist design. Friendly staff. Spacy showroom. Okay coffee. 4 stars because the parking is a bit far away and I couldn’t feel joy (VUI means joy in Vnmese) with the grey wall and Nordic-like interior.
