Large mall owned by vincom among other large malls under vincom. There's a fitness gym at the top floor, some clothes shopping among the middle layers and restaurants and cafes at the ground and basement floor. A grocery mart is also at the basement level.

Nice and modern theater with all blockbuster. The price is very good after 10 p.m. everyday, and also have good deals for members.

Supportive & friendly staff! Clean & cozy atmosphere! Minus 1 star since last show no way out to street for me (!) I had to go down B floor then walked up to outside for taxi pickup. Should arrange 1 way out easier for walking passenger like me!

Loved the 4D theater. Went there first time to catch the black pather movie premier. You can buy tickets online and reserve seats in advance which i highly recomment theres different rooms showing different movies from 2D to 4D. You can also purchase tickets at the counter and buy some snacks and drinks. Different flavoured pop corns 😍

The cinema was quite nice, clean and very comfortable. The prices are reasonable. The staff were very friendly and could communicate in English well enough. Not a fan of the popcorn. Its all sweet, and cold. Not sure if they will give you salt and butter, I have heard some CGVs will (in the West Lake area), and I didnt ask. Apart from terrible popcorn, the movie viewing experience was really good. Lots of places to grab a meal or a milk tea before and/or after the movie both inside the mall and out. Worth checking out if you want to see a film.

It's ok, I really like the sweetbox it's perfect for couples and u feel super comfy with plenty of space to chill out during the movie

Small screens compared to other CGV. Clean and standard CGV design. Book tickets online to get good seats. Always grab a few of their custom movie flyers.

Low score because of the insanely slippy floor in the entrance and only one elevator to serve all the floors. Apart from that it's fine... Or, if I was 8 years old... I'd love that slippy floor. But, I'm talking about pushing a buggy/pram around these days, so I've got a different outlook. It's clean and cool inside with normal shops. Traffic is pretty bad on that corner now. Worse than before, anyway. I still go there quite a lot. It's just normal really... Those two small details, do make a massive difference to some groups of people though.

Went on a movie date here this afternoon, and it was nice. I didn't even have to buy tickets when I came here, as it turned out there's an Android app to buy tickets online with, which I used. Then when I came to the box office at the cinema I couldn't figure out how to navigate to the app screen to show the code for the tickets, and this cute female staff was very helpful in finding that out for me. The seats for couples at the furthest row in the back were very nice and comfortable; even sitting for more than 2 hours didn't leave my back tired, so we could focus on the movie. The screen were big and nice and at just the right distance and the sound system was excellent. As a side note, it was my first time coming here, and though I was in a bit of a hurry getting here I didn't miss even the commercials because there were helpful signboards from the basement up, so if you know what to look for you can't really get lost, and even on a busy Sunday like this one it would be hard not to come on time even if you went a bit later than schedule. Overall it was a really enjoyable experience. Totally would recommend for movie dates.

Expensive movie experience, maybe that is Hanoi's movie price? Paid 95k for a movie. The same amount for one popcorn and mineral water. The seating is OK but the one I got was making noises so I had to switch.
