Awesome place to rent a bike! Very helpful and i had an easy transaction with them. They have around 500 bikes to choose from. Their bikes are well maintained responsive and it has strong breaks. Also very cheap rent price. No deposit needed just your passport. If you want to rent a bike and go around hanoi or even further. This is the place to go.

I contacted Me.phung before I come to vitamin’s and I see from the comments he’s one of the best renter across the country with 500+ bikes in his store so if you are beginner and you don’t know how to run a bike you could take small CC 125 or 150 and if you are experienced one you could take the 500 CC the one I choose from Mr. phung the plan was 17 days across the north from east to west including Ha Giang loop and it was one the best ride in my whole life. This bike is a beast and believe it will make your trip to the max level of funs and joyfulness. My plan was to stop in da nang and I got to change the plans due some circumstances but I never felt bored with honda CBX500 and anyone wants feel the real experience he should rent one from Mr phung. I am solo rider and I spent more than 4000 KM with this bike the beauty of the north can’t the word explained much . THE BEST SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD-- ANYWHERE! The staff at Phung's went above and beyond to take care of me all day today- first in my search to buy the perfect motorbike for me and next in my quest to outfit it just right! The staff at Phung's took care of every single thing, including welding on a beefy luggage rack, adding a phone holder and wired usb charging port. One of their staff also shuttled me 20 minutes out to their garage/warehouse (from their Old Quarter location) on the back of a bike- and another led me back, as I followed behind on my new bike, even being guided in to stop at a petrol station along the way! The superstars at Phung changed out various levers and switches and made other adjustments all at my request and took so, so much time to make sure that I had everything I needed. They also provided me with bungee straps, a u-lock, a helmet... I am so happy for the service from these super kind, thorough, knowledgable, and thoughtful folks and even more excited for the road ahead with my new best friend- the bike I bought from them today! I also got to meet Phung personally at the end of the day and he offered me some invaluable advice. Do yourself a favor and get everything you need in the Vietnam motorbike department right here at Phung's!

We rented the bikes for 3 weeks and 3200km through north and south. Mr. Phung was always very helpful and always reachable. He lowered one of the saddles because of the high bike and arranged phone holders and everything we needed for the ride. We had to pay a deposit, but we also got it refunded after the rental period.

I bought a motorbike from Phung. He gave me a great price and helmet. He is quick to respond to emails. A month after I bought the bike I had a problem with the front brake. He addressed it the same day and fixed everything for no additional cost. Incredibly friendly staff who stand behind their products. I highly recommend this shop. They also have great deals on rentals if you’re only in town for a visit.

Very good and reliable service. I’d say the prices are on the high side and the proces of renting a bike is long, but over all happy with everything. Would highly recommend the Honda XR! I drove from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh with no trouble and a great experience.

Awesome motorbike shop! I worked with Phung personally and he is very friendly and reasonable. I rented a Honda Wave 110 from him for a month to ride around locally in Hanoi. After that I purchased a brand new Detech Win 120 from him which ran excellently with no problems for the 8000 km I rode throughout South-East Asia during the year I owned it. He even helped me put on a new rear sprocket to modify the bike to have better cruising speed for long distance driving. The store may seem small but if you choose to buy or rent a motorbike they will take you to Phung's warehouse where he stores a large variety of motorbikes big and small. Everything from 50cc automatic mopeds to 500cc manual adventure bikes. They do short and long term rentals as well as sales and repair. If you need a bike or just repairs, this is definitely the place to go!

The team at Phung Motorcycle are so easy to deal with, and very friendly and helpful. The bike rental is really affordable and the customer service is great. Any issues with the bike (I didn’t have any) they will come and service or pick it up for you. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to rent a bike - either short or long term - in Hanoi. I even got a phone holder thrown in with the price, because I didn’t want to get lost in the city! 5 stars.

Rented a Detech Win 130 for a month. The bike was almost new (1300km) and we did another 2500km on it without any issues. With the rack its possible to take 2 people and 2 backpacks, however for the mountain areas I would choose something a tiny bit stronger next time (at least 250). The communication (including return of deposit) was super easy, price also fair. Would rent again ;)

Rented two sets of bikes from Phung and his lovely team. A set of scooters for day time travel around Hanoi and then a set of semi automatic bikes for a 1200 KM loop around the north. The bikes we're in fantastic condition, with fresh oil and even a new set of wheels before we set off. Renting our bikes here was the best experience I've ever had renting any type of transportation in any country with a absolutely amazing price. The added safety net of being able to call during emergencies was also a wonderful thing to have available to us as first time bikers around the north. If you are going to rent a bike in Hanoi, rent it here. Simple as that.

Rented a scooter and later on a large motorbike for several days. Guys speak good English and have a very large selection of bikes. When I returned the bike with a broken mirror there was no extra charge and didn’t make a problem of it.

Rented a Honda XR 150 for a one-way 10 day trip through vietnam. The bike was in excellent condition and we had no problems. He also sent our bags to our last destination which was extremely helpful. To put it simply - Phùng is the man you want to do business with. He is incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, and humble. We rented the Honda CB500X for 5 days and traveled up north from Hanoi thru Ha Giang, Meo Vac, Cao Bang, and extended 2 additional days to relax on Cat Ba. He recommended this route instead of traveling down to Ho Chi Minh City. This was 100% the right call and it made our trip a memory for a lifetime.

Came to Vietnam to ride a motorcycle from north to south in a 2 week time. At first my friend and I thought the best option was to buy. We followed Mr Phung advice and rented. No regrets. We had two Honda Wins that worked perfectly. After 1500 km de didn't have a single problem (2 bikes !). Actually one of my lights came off and the fix was paid back by the company. It was my first time driving manual and thanks to this experience I just got my driving license back at home. Thank you so much for this amazing experience!

I rented an XR150 from this shop because they had run out of XRs at another well-known place. I rented in Hanoi and returned in Saigon. Everything worked well. I’m happy I rented here. After Vietnam opened again I wanted to buy a Honda Win motorbike to drive to the south. My friends recommended Mr. Phung and I am really glad they did. I visited a few shops in Hanoi, but Mr. Phung gave me great service and a fair price. He sold me and my friend a motorbike and we drove it without major problems to the south. My friend needed some welding to his brake after 3000Km and I needed a new fire ring because I drove through too deep water. Service is of great importance to Mr. Phung and he showed this. When our bikes where prepared I got another bike to take home so that we did not have to take a taxi. After our north trip he checked our bikes completely and did maintenance. Maybe even nicer, during the entire trip I could send him questions via WhatsApp and we got a reply within minutes most of the time. This was really convenient since you have some assurance w.r.t. prices etc. He also tried to find local shops for maintenance/ the repairs so that we always had great service. When I was at a shop he spoke to the mechanic too to make sure everything was clear. Fun fact as well; during our trip (3500km) I spoke numerous locals who knew Mr. Phung and his shop. This helped me when I sold my bike in Ho Chi Minh without a big loss.

Extremely helpful and friendly service. I had a fall and made a little damage, Mr.Phung charged me a very fair price for the repair. His younger relative who works in the shop even found me a hotel room on my return and helped me find a hopsital to do a covid test. Lovely people, and good quality bikes that will take you far into the country without issue. Just be aware of your own limitations and weather to stay safe (the rain and steep terrain got me one day!)

Amazing service by Mr Phung and his employes! Rented a Honda XR for 15 days to go to Sa Pa and do the Ha Giang Loop. It was an amazing and reliable bike. Did 2000km without any problems. I rented Phungs Peter 250 and was very impressed by the ability and reliability of the bike. I road over 800kms on all sorts of different terrains and it handled it all very well. The bike definitely impressed me. Phung was also great to deal with and was very accommodating. I hope to be able to come back one day!

We rented an XR150 to go from Hanoi to Da Nang, Mr. Phung made the process of renting and delivering the bike extremely easy, and he also shipped one of our bags the Da Nang, the price is good and he’s always really fast at replying to any question you have either by email or WhatsApp. The bike was is extremely good condition and we didn’t had any problem with it.

Went serval other places before here. immediately when coming here i noticed how well put together the shop was. The gentleman was extremely knowledgeable on the bikes.
