On the 4th floor you’ll find the cinema. You can take the elevator from the ground floor or find your way up while using the escalator. The different movie theaters are a bit smaller than most other I’ve seen in a mall, but it also gives it a bit of coziness.

Very good service with nice, friendly and helpful staffs. The theatre is not that big but still comfortable. Popcorn here is surprisingly tasty - better than other places. Big and clean restroom.

The things I like about this place is its new, clean and not many people. Surrounded by couple universities so quite popular with students. The room usually smaller compare to other cgvs but everything else is as good as others. This is my new favorite movie spot.

Its one of CGV cinema, which have show times at the most. But, its nearby The Hanoi University. So, there are many students. So, its seats arent clean and a bit noisy.

The cinema was nice decorated but why the hell they shutdow AC after 10.00pm??? The room was so small for people to breath without AC. It's just plain stupid!

A big nice shopping mall

the location and cleanliness is good. there are 2 things that bother me...1. the popcorn is inconsistent. one time it is delicious, the next time it is stale. 2. I enjoy the selected seats but I also enjoy watching movie trailers. you miss those as is at other theaters that don't let you in until 5 minutes before the show but here it is worse. they always make us wait until the show time. I should not have to miss trailers or find my seat in the dark. let us in!

It was really good experience, I experienced a great one , speakers were great but staff started cleaning seats before it ends completely which wasn't pleasant

Well service and clean. Room is a medium to small but it's ok for me. Also it's graceful with going by bike cause parking located at B1 floor (that is not popular as other building)

When we purchased the tickets, we were informed that the movie we intended to watch would be in English. However, we discovered that it was not in English and didn’t even have English subtitles.

Nice cinema. Good screen and projection. Very comfortable seats with retractable arms. Friendly staff who provided good service. Has on site parking and lots of cafes.

The screening room is clean, staff are polite, albeit a little passive aggressive but this is Hanoi after all, so just tip them with a smile. This is also the cinema where the audience don't make too much noise compared to other places. But for some unknown reason, Japanese film audience are still annoying, which is probably my biggest gripe.

This shopping complex looks raw and unfinished (when I visited the 4P restaurant, there was still the noise of construction's working), but everything you need is already there.

A bit old building but stylish & more choices to watch

we usually watch movies at 23 pm. Every time the staff informed us that the card machine was broken and the card could be swiped. It's disappointing that such a large system lets it happen so often

The female ticket inspector, who stood to check tickets in front of the cluster of rooms containing screening room number 9 at 10 am on the 21st of January, 2024 acted rudely, with a bad attitude, and role eyes on me when I proved that my brother was enough age to watch the movie.
