Booked here as was our final stage of honeymoon and wanted to go all out with 5 star hotel. On arrival front of house staff very unwelcoming. Not happy when we refused to pay £334 security deposit. This was a surprise to ourselves. The hotel is outdated and in need of a refurb. The room was basic, the bed rock hard and unbearable to sleep in. On first night I went to front desk at 0200 and was told nothing could be done. I went to front desk at 0800 and was advised they would sort a different room. The next bed was no different. They then tried adding a few sheets expecting that to make a change. We informed them we weren’t happy and the on duty manager did not care. We were due to stay for 7 nights. We left after 2. No reimbursement or apology from the hotel. The didn’t care as they already had our money. If you value your money don’t bother wasting your money here. The pool is also shut from 11-3pm as it is the hottest part of the day. Ridiculous

Rooms are dirty and old. Paint is chipping off the walls. Clearly was once nice but it’s old and poorly maintained. I actually refused the room and found alternate accommodations. It’s a 2-3 star hotel with a 3-4 star lobby and roof pool.

80's 5 Star spot. Great location for exploring Hanoi by foot. Leaving the front door, take a left and try the first pho spot. Divine food and friendly owners.

Great hotel in style. We love the Azabu: atmosphere, food and most of all: the service staff. Although the hotel is not new, staying here always gives customers a feeling of professionalism, friendliness and attentiveness. Everything is very clean.

Personally I loved the 1980s vibe in this hotel. The dated tech and Art Déco furnishings were charming and even a bit nostalgic for someone of my age.

Everything normally included for a five star hotel is an extra fee. This would be fine if it was communicated clearly, but it was not. The hotel frankly feels like a scam. When I checked in I was made to pay an additional fee for an additional guest. I figured this was probably to cover the breakfast for one more person. The next morning we go to get breakfast and are told breakfast is not included for our room! We booked one of the most expensive rooms in the hotel, and are treated poorly. The staff is inattentive, the television ancient, and the bathtub looks like it belongs in a Motel 6. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

Great customer service. A lot of options in the breakfast buffet and they actually taste good. The room is a bit dark and old but well, as long as they come with a nice bed I'm good to go.

This is the second time I stayed at Hotel du Parc Hanoi for conferences at the hotel and enjoyed the visit very much. The rooms are huge and very clean. I loved the luxurious bedding and pillows. The staff are extremely professional and kind, especially the people who worked the doors and concierge. I also love that it was a quick ride away from great restaurants and tourist attractions. Would definitely come back again the next time I visit Hanoi.

I was in the restaurant only. Good quality of national food and the service.

Had a great one night stay at the Hotel du Parc! Room was very spacious and brilliant amenities! A really hot and powerful shower! We were on 9th floor and could not hear a thing from the street so definitely well sound proofed and a perfect place to rest from a busy trip in Hanoi! Very friendly staff.

Nowadays I stayed this hotel almost every month on executive floor and every time I was satisfied with friendly staff and higher hospitality. If I have to say something, then I would recommend to extend the closing time for evening lounge service. Pls consider.

Good experience staying at Hotel Du Parc, Hanoi. The guest services like packing an early breakfast as early as 4AM on multiple days were taken care well by the hotel staff. There is a well maintained pool at the 4th level. Neat & clean hotel with well mannered staff.

The staff was friendly and tried hard, but the place is 20 years overdue for an update. The stains on the rugs in the entry area weren't as bad as the ones in the room. We stayed at 6 hotels during our trip, all of the other hotels got a 5 star review from me. This one is tired, sad, and dirty.

Hotel is very Old ... needs renovation specially the bathrooms. Location is good with easy access to all tourist spots.

The hotel is older but has great decor. Our bathroom could have been cleaner and they could keep a diffuser or something.

Well appointed hotel close to the central lake. If you're visiting HUST for a meeting it's a good choice.

Hotel informed mini bar is FOC. But upon check out found that only drinks is FOC not the snacks on mini bar. What a scam. Be careful with the terms of FOC.

Our stay at Hotel Du Parc from the 15th - 26th of December was nothing short of spectacular. Perhaps the most attentive and welcoming staff I’ve ever experienced at a hotel in my life. Whatever you need they deliver without asking questions. If you need your sheets changed in the middle of the night, they do it. The in-house restaurant is incredible, definitely try the Japanese breakfast- to die for!! A special mention to Lucus, Vu Thi Ngoc and Thug who made our stay extra special with their lovely humour and great personalities. The rooms were very clean and to a good standard. Location wise, not in the centre of town but gives the place a bit more of a calmer vibe with the old quarter only a 15 minute drive away.

Excellent hotel. The front desk works perfectly. The staff is very helpful, a joy to communicate with. The room is immaculately clean. On the downside is the shower curtain with traces of mald, a bit noisy if the room is facing the street and last but not least is the small sized breakfast bar. Definitely would recommend it.

This was called "Nikko HaNoi" Long-time hotel and 5-star one All of the floors are covered by carpet Quiet, luxury and convenient In a corner of cross-street A little bit of musty smell in my room About 100$ for one night Good enough to make me come back

Grand deluxe room is nice. Extra for extra person. Extra facilities compared to other 5 star hotels such as air filters and bidet inside your room... clean furniture. This hotel has lots of Japanese

The best cheesecakes in Hanoi I like the cheesecakes at Voyage restaurant, it is located on the first floor of Hotel du parc Hanoi. When you come to the main door it on your right handside and very big restaurant. The cheesecakes in here is the best cheesecakes I ever eat, it melt in your mouth and last with creammy tast. I surely will come back again with my friend and familly here. Hightly recoomented

My company celebrates Year-End Party here so we get a private big room for the party. The staff is nice, the dishes are okay. It was a good experience.

Everything worked perfectly during my stay. High quality hotel. You can see it's a business oriented hotel. However, I stayed for leisure and I enjoyed my stay very much. Quality of the room was pretty high. Breakfast buffet very rich and good quality. The area is quite local. Not so many eateries around there, so it's best to move north towards more central areas. 5 min taxi or little more. However, location us really close to the popular railway cafes.

Semi buffet was pretty good though limited. I enjoyed it more than broader lunch offerings at other venues. Free parking too unlike restaurants situated in shopping center.

The mid-sized, well maintained hotel with super friendly but polite staffs hotel. This hotel had been run as "NIKKO" brand (Japan Air Line Group) until Dec 2018, and now as "Hotel Du Park Hotel Hanoi" under new management called "Plan-Do-See." Renovated on May and August 2019 and changed to modern & resort style from classic style. Yes, it's still Japanese hotel, but both styles, Japanese hospitality and classic of Vietnam, merge well. As Vietnam is changing everyday with economic growth, this hotel also improves everyday even bit by bit. Not much restaurant near this hotel, but 5-10 min from Old Quarter area, and convenient location to go out and to have peace at night.

Good service. Good facilities. Good location. The only problem is quite noisy at the corridor area.

Cozy hotel but it is required to have innovation at in-room tv.

The service was great, the breakfast was good (not excellent) but this is not a five star hotel - our initial room was quite grubby. No top grade hotel should have a dirty carpet. We were moved to a refurbished room, but that seemed to just mean that new wallpaper had been added, and a strange vinyl window seat that stuck to your skin if you sat on it. It's also a crucial 15-20 minutes from the old quarter, which is really important in the oppressive heat if you're on foot in Hanoi

My girlfriend booked this hotel to celebrate the New Year Japanese-style, and I have to say it was a lovely experience. Food: Our package included a dinner and breakfast buffet. The dinner was fantastic. Beef wellington, sashimi, rack of lamb, plenty of desserts, endless beer, etc. The breakfast was also a bright spot, with a variety of different types of food. This is important to me, as I tend to not eat seafood. Wide selection, and it was all cooked well. Service: Absolutely no complaints. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Next level. Room: Honestly, I've had the equivalent in terms of decoration and amenities elsewhere from three star hotels. However, it was clean and everything worked. In addition, the water pressure and temperature in the shower were fantastic. The view of the city was also nice, and we weren't bothered by any outside noise.

I personally really like the coffee shop in this hotel. The vintage vibe, spacious area and especially the delicious matcha cheese cake.

Beautiful Japanese style hotel. Clean room, friendly service and breakfast option available. They also have a nice Japanese restaurant within the hotel and a stylish bar.

We went here for our company's annual party. The buffet is alright, not good, not bad. The staffs are well trained and friendly.

👍👍 It's such a great and wonderful Pizza 🍕 😋 I ever have. I can't explain how wonderful it is. Also Spaghetti 🍝 😋 was so good. They cooked 80% for the spaghetti. For half chicken teriyaki and half 4 cheeses, is such a very good smell from the charcoal stove. It's very harmonized tasted in one full...

👍👍 Probably one of our most memorable meals was at this amazing restaurant in Hanoi. The service was excellent and so was the food. We loved the flavours and the cocktails were on point. The minimalist decor was really nice and spacious. We ended up ordering a lot of food and drinks as we were famished...
