We went to check in but the apartments was filthy all over. It was full of people's belongings. Clearly someone was living there, with large bottles of shampoo and detergents. We immediately left the apartment, and now there is no support from either the property or the service apartment company shendo. The apartment opens with a passcode so it is not safe at all. Any previous guest who knows the code can come in to your apartment.

The best services with amazing view in Hanoi! The hospitality of the hosts and the decorations with attention in small details made me feel like home. I had a great time here and definitely will stay here again when I come back.

Centrally located at Ba Dinh district, this apartment building is very convenient to stay in Hanoi. You can easily get to Old Quarter, Ba Dinh square, Lotte shopping mall, Vincom shopping centre. Especially, it's close to Ngoc Khanh lake, where you can walk around at the easy times.

Had to book this service apartment as it’s walking distance with the embassy I need to apply visa for. Due to language barrier, was a bit challenging to communicate with staff if we wanted to ask or something. Book was great space and looks clean. Though the safety deposit box we’re unable to use because of it’s existing code. Didn’t bother to follow-up due to will be staying only for 3days. The sauna wasn’t working properly as well. The rest looking good.

Professional and comfortable rooms. All staff are very friendly and helpful. They tried their very best to solve all my problems. They treat guests very warm. You will feel very happy when living in here. Highly recommended.

Wir hatten ein schönes Appartement gebucht. Telefonisch wurde uns 1 Woche vorher mitgeteilt, dass dieses jetzt nicht mehr zur Verfügung steht, da es zu der Ankunftszeit belegt ist. Wozu mann dann es buchen kann ist mir unverständlich. Nachdem wir uns darüber lautstark beschwert hatten, bekamen wir darauf hin doch ein besserwertiges. Leider lässt die Ausstattung zu wünschen übrig. Ob gewollt oder nicht, es fehlen einfache Dinge wie Internet TV (Gerade wer mit Kindern reißt, welche kein vietnesisch verstehen ein Problem, was die Abendbespaßung betrifft. Denn krieselige vietnesische Nachrichten zu schauen ist nicht gerade fun. Und Teenager interessiert eine tolle Aussicht nicht. Die wollen zumindest Youtube, Netflix, Prime und co.), Weingläser (Nur ein paar Saftgläser waren da) und generell ist die Ausstattung der Küche sehr dürftig. Das Sofa ist dermaßen durchgesessen, dass man nicht mehr hochkommt. Für ein Appartement dieser Preisklasse unverständlich. Jedes billiges Hotel hat eine bessere Zimmerausstattung. WLAN gibt es (wenn es geht, da es oft zu Verbindungsabbrüchen kommt) nur mit max 15-20MBit/s. Für mehrere Endgeräte und für Homeoffice eindeutig zu wenig. Wer arbeiten will geht am besten in die Lobby. Der Pool in der 25. Etage hat eine seh schöne Aussicht, aber die Wasserqualität ließ zu wünschen Übrig. Anscheinend wird der Pool nicht täglich gereinigt. Naja Wir haben es uns dennoch schön gemütlich gemacht und unseren Aufenthalt angenehm gestaltet. Das Hotel an sich ist sehr schön ausgestattet und in Top Lage. Im Restaurant waren wir nicht. Da gibt es drum herum billigere Alternativen.

Amazing apartments with great views of the city. The 4 bedroom apartment that I booked was at least 2500 sqft and came with everything that one can think of. Great views, all amenities, clean and luxurious. One drawback is that the size of Television (TV) was very small.

Apartments are well furnished. Rather convenient. Despite that, not really recommended. It was an unpleasant experience. Staff in the day were alright, but the counter guy at night was extremely unfriendly and dismissive. He refused to help when I left my card upstairs and needed help with security card access at the lift. Later on, apparently another visiting tourist had the same experience. The staff at night kept insisting there was nothing he could do. Until someone else intervened. And then magically he had a card for the lift. Thanks for the hospitality.

This place is all you can ask for. With a super market, restaurant, dessert cafe, swimming pool, play area, gym, this place can suffice all your needs at one place. Loved our stay here. The staff is very courteous and helpful with great security. Highly recommended.

Clean and well organized Accommodation for hire, within the living quater in a central district of Hanoi, closed to the restaurant street of Giang vo, walking distance to Giang Vo Lake, avoiding congestion to the airport. Nice door men. Worth for stay.
