A local referred us to this karaoke. When we arrived. We tried to communicate with the receptionist with google translate. We just wanted to check the place out. She called over someone who seemed like the manager. Looked at us from head to toe and repeatedly said “No no no”. Waving his hand for us to leave. We felt discriminated, and he didn’t even want to try and communicate with us. Foreigners, don’t even bother going here.

Left an elevator shaft open without a barrier in the dark as we were leaving, if not for one of of noticing this could have led to a death, absolutely disgraceful.

There are some securities keeping vehicles. There are many rooms, service is good.

This place was very disappointing. The receptionist said they were full, which is absolutely fine, but was very dismissive and rude. He didn’t try and help us in any way and wouldn’t even let us know when they had space.

Room was okay, decent selection of music Service was poor At every point of service I was asked to tip and not only a small tip but all of the change which was more than the drink Drinks were warm

Rooms are decorated and lively, western music selection is meager, but still had a great time

I sang so much that I couldn’t talk for the next 4 days

Location and equipment is OK but guys who welcomed us seemed disappointed we didn't take one of suggested price package and drink too little I assume. So they never smiled or came in our karaoke room for service. Honestly I had better karaoke experiences in Vietnam.
