Simply superb cuisine and wonderful staff. Highly recommend the steak, French onion soup, the creme brulee, and pinchos. Scrumptious! The staff are so friendly (and the "chief of customer relations" Stitch, the super friendly dog) remind me of home. Everything about Fabrik is fantastic. Thank you for making every meal so perfect. Although it doesn't look like much from the outside, the food quality is excellent and the service friendly while discreet. They also have a cute dog (very french!) Business lunch with many choices was very good value. 👍

This place was so quiet, no people in the evening of Sunday. But the food was so delicious and portions was huge! So if you want to eat some tasty food - go there )

Chef O is worth coming. He knows his beers, taste profile, and has a generous craft selection across the local scene. Don’t be shy, the food is home style french prepped by a French master chef 👨‍🍳. I’ll say this, I never regret coming!

Flawless experience with service and the location. Loved their signature burger, but found the shrimp bisque and bread unnecessarily salty. Would like to see what else they have to offer. It's an interesting concept- restaurant food in a pub setting with a Vietnamese sidewalk cafe trimming. Try to get there by taxi or public transport as parking seems limited. Couple of spaces are available for bicycles.

We had the fabrik burger and fries and I’ve got to say that this was top 5 burger so far. The fries were really tasty and crispy, and the seasoning was on point. So if you are looking for a western style food, come here! The price is a bit high comparing to the local food, but totally worth it!

This is a wonderful bistro/restaurant with very good food and an excellent choice of wine and beer. French style food with some extras (for example fish and chips). We will certainly be going back again.

I have been here twice. The place is really nice n cosy. The staff r friendly n helpful. I love the food a lot. All r well made n delicious. I dont like onion but I tried the Onion soup which was so yummy. I saw a lot of French people there. Here seems to be a good place for u to try French cuisine.

The hamburger felt average for the price paid. 220k for industrial bun and couldn't taste the cheese. I recommend go to lunch menu to make it value for your buck. The homemade tap beer was nice.

Lovely French style bistro and pub. We ordered from the Christmas set menu. For starters we had the seafood soup and the meat pie, both were good. For main, we ordered the duck and the steak -- both were delicious. We had two different types of desserts: ice cream and brie. We also ordered a tuna steak and the arugula salad (not part of the Christmas menu). Everything was super tasty. The service is impeccable. My husband lost his phone in the taxi and the server helped us contact the taxi to get his phone back. She was so kind and helpful. The wine selection was good, too. We enjoyed our dining experience very much. Thank you for a great evening.

Very modern and comfortable for any western tourist visiting Hanoi. The staff also were able to fluently communicate in English which was an added bonus. I went for a Burger combo which came with fries, a soft drink and salad for around $10. Will definitely return should I have a chance to come back to Hanoi.

They know what they are doing and what they are talking about, you can tell making the customer happy is their main priority. The food is pretty good. For the price, it is 100% worth it.

Make your way upstairs to the classy yet casual dining area and prepare your tastebuds for an incredible meal at a fraction of the price of his more upscale kitchens. The food here is simply delicious. The chef has crafted a menu full of flavors that sing in your mouth. I was craving a good steak during my three month travels in Asia, so I ordered the fillet steak. It was cooked to absolute perfection and easily one of the best steaks I've enjoyed anywhere in the world. The steak came with a mouthwatering sauce, but the meat was so tender and flavorful on its own that it almost seemed a shame to use it. The owner recommended dipping the potato wedges into the sauce instead - an ingenious idea that allowed the stellar steak to stand on its own. In addition to the flawless fillet, sides like the baked garlic and the potato wedges were just as much of a delight. And the wine pairings only elevated each bite. Every component came together to create a dining experience I'll remember forever. From start to finish, this charming eatery exceeded my expectations. The friendly service, relaxed atmosphere, and incredible execution left me in awe that such a fantastic restaurant with Michelin-caliber food could be found in this unexpected Vietnamese location. I cannot recommend this delightful paradise highly enough for any discerning diner visiting the area. It's an absolute must-try!

This is very close to my house so I eat here around once a month. The Margaret River steak is always cooked to absolute perfection, melts in your mouth every single time. I love ordering from the specials board as its always some thing new and amazing. Brilliantly attentive staff and a great atmosphere. Good selection of beers too. I highly recommend. This is absolutely one of my favourite restaurants in the whole of Hanoi.

Nice tapas and pinchos menu, they have some French dishes also, you can try confit duck leg, croque madame, bavette a l'echarlotte...The restaurant is near to Ho chi minh's mausoleum, it's worth a try if you visit Hanoi.

Located in an humble place , the chef bring's you through comfortable flavour, his food is delicate, wine and atmosphere are outstanding. As a top note , price is surprisingly fair. I suggest everyone to give it a go. Great experience Thank you

Best burger i've had, food was so tasty. The restaurant is not so far from HO CHI MINH mausoleum, easy to acces, best choice to take some nice beers and have lunch.

Upscale modern french restaurant with reasonable prices. We had the Fabrik burger and fruits. The Fabrik burger was beautifully plated but tasted extremely plain due to a very thin and unseasoned patty. Instead of standard burger condiments, this burger had some sort of marinara sauce. The ambience was great.

Excellent French cuisine by Chef Olivier who worked in many Michelin-starred restaurants in France. He was chef de cuisine at the Metropole Hanoi hotel before starting Fabrik. The food (and vibe) is classic French bistrot, not fusion, and perfectly cooked. They also have a tapas menu which is very good. Price is very reasonable for this quality. Will definitely come back!

I used to go here once and loved it. Today, I think I just have had the worst dining experience ever. My appetizer looks and tastes like cat food. My scallops then tastes so fishy. Then the risotto tastes like American Mac and cheese with the cheese powder. Will never come back here again
