Other than the location, everything was good. I was here for business. The food, the service, and the rooms were exceptionally good. They have a good sunset view on the top floor. They staff are helpful and they are fluent in English.

Stayed there on 26-29/10. Room is clean and tidy. Air conditioning is very good. Quiet environment. Breakfast is normal. There is a bar nearby which is worth to go. 👍🏻🫰🏼 TV channels are more than enough. I can watch English football during weekend👍🏻👍🏻

Stayed here a week. Great staff, great food. Perfect location off of the busy street. Rooftop pool was nice too.

Located in the newer part of Hanoi about 15 minutes away from Old Quarter. The staff and service are amazing, friendly and very attentive. The room was clean and spacious with a great rooftop pool. I highly recommend for anyone who is looking to enjoy Hanoi without being stuck in the backpacking areas around Old Quarter.

Parents stayed for about a week. It was very quiet and had to find staff to serve them (and myself) when we wanted to eat dinner there. Room was big and felt nice. Bathroom was also nice. There is an outdoor pool and gym (I think) on the top floor. There are chairs and tables next to the pool too. Note - the pool isn't heated

The location was great as it wasn't on a busy street, breakfast was okay although it's quite limited with vegan options. The rating is based on the exceptional service we received, the staff were very accommodating, had to make adjustments to our stay and they were extremely helpful specifically the young lady at reception Hong Nhang.

Not the newest hotel but general upkeep is good. Rooms are dim but clean, higher floors offer good view over the neighborhood. Staff are attentive and obliging! Located in a alley away from main road. Many eating places in the area and cafes and convenient stores.

Pretty good hotel hidden off the main roads. Huge beds. Minimal views. Good breakfast.

So cold at that place even in corridor, waste of energy and no care for crisis of energy. And i don't like cement so i don't like that place for sure.

Great hotel.. excellent spacious rooms. Comfortable stay.. not too much options for breakfast for vegetarians. It's a little away from the old quarter. Would recommend living in the heart of the city .

We had an reception on the 10th floor the service was amazing and the food was alright. There is security at the front of the hotel which makes it very safe and it is easily accessible via Grab or G7 taxis. The thing that stood out the most was the impeccable service by the staff who paid close attention to detail
