Really awesome travel agency. Booked via online while I was in Singapore for a 2 day 1 night tour in Sapa. The people have been nothing but friendly. I travelled alone to Hanoi. Hence, even before the tour started, Tim from Lily's Travel made contact with me via WhatsApp and helped to ensure I felt safe and made sure that if I needed any help, I could reach out to him. Throughout my tour, I could easily contact Tim as well! This made the language barrier to the local Vietnamese much easier to overcome as I could easily check with him what time my bus is arriving, who is my tour guide at Sapa, etc. Lastly, Tim really went out of his way when he found out that I would only arrive in Hanoi late at night after my Sapa trip and I had to leave for my flight early in the morning the day after. This meant that I could not collect my belongings at the travel agency. Upon hearing this, he personally transported my belongings from the travel agency to my hostel. Overall, really great experience with Lily's! Will work with them again if I were to return to Hanoi :).

Lily's Travel Agency is a wonderful tourist agency. The staff there is super nice and friendly. Especially Xiaoyan and Katherine who helped me to arrange my 2D1N tour to Ha Long Bay. They make sure everything go smoothly and they are so responsive and friendly. This is an excellent travel agency in the Old Quarter of Hanoi! We worked with Tracy and Daisy. They were very friendly and organized several tours and a private car/driver for us. Everything went according to plan, and Tracy, Daisy and the rest of the staff was always available to answer any questions. They even set up a WhatsApp group specifically for us where we could be in constant communication, and they were very proactive in making sure we were enjoying ourselves and satisfied with their services. They truly care that their clients have a good time and enjoy their travels. Should I come back to Vietnam, I would definitely use them again.

If I could give them 6 stars I would. Tracy absolutely saved my holiday after another agency cancelled things last minute. She was so amazingly helpful and friendly, and went the extra mile for us without us having to ask. This is definitely the best travel agency I have worked with anywhere in the world. We started planning our travel to Vietnam months in advance. I was visiting for the first time Vietnam 18 years ago and already then, I had the feeling the organization from the local travel agent in Spain was expensive and didn't have the chance to personalize the travel. This time I contacted with Lily's Travel Agency due to the positive opinions seen in Tripadvisor. Since we were very ambitious and were not planning just an excursion, but a full personal package, we were looking for this personal contact that we've got at Lily's Travel from the very beginning. Quickly we had a first approach through e-mail, two days later we had a zoom meeting and already started making plans, considering we wanted to visit a lot but also have some time at the beach over almost 4 weeks travel. After some proposals according to our wishes, budget and connections, we defined the destinations, dates, hotels, excursions and transfers. Some days prior to our travel we became a customer number and a whatsapp chat for the last questions and also for the 24/7 contact during our travel. Everything went really smooth and we had almost no issues during the different stages of the travel. And we a flight or a transfer was delayed for whatever reasons, the people at Lily's Travel was reachable within minutes and the required changes were done quickly and in a professional way. We made with Lily's Travel excursions, transfers and hotel reservations over 3 weeks and in 9 different destinations in Vietnam and Cambodia. We booked our entire 8night 9 days trip with Lily's travel agency. Emma got in touch with us asking us our go to places and customised our trip accordingly. Cindy ( customer support) had a zoom call going thru the plan and explained everything minutely and made changes wherever required. 4* Accomodation provided was centrally located, walking distance from all major attractions, The transfers were very efficient Good communication before the start of trip, good tours, 24/7 support. All this made for an amazing experience in Vietnam. Some things that can be taken care off- Expected the guide to let us know about the lantern street. The time was too short for us to go for a boat ride in the lantern street. Probably if we were informed a bit earlier we could make plans to go boating. No complaints as our guide was too sweet to make any complaints 😍 More options for vegetarian to be provided for breakfast( most of the time the ones who were vegetarian survived on fruits and bread). This did not however deter us from enjoying the trip. Thanks to Lily's travel agency for making the trip memorable.🥰

Wish I could give then 10/5 stars. Super amazing staff and very very helpful. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and assist you. They even got us breakfast before our trip since we hadn’t eating anything. We did our Halong Bay trip with them and we are more than satisfied with the entire end-to-end service. We arranged a airport transfer and a private tour to beautiful Parfume Pagoda. Everything worked very well, the driver was on time, the car was new and clean, we felt very good taken care of all the time. At the port we discovered, that, thanks to the booking at Lily's Travel Agency, we had to pay only 1/3 of the price the boat drivers would have charged us as foreign tourists. Also the private transportation to the airport was cheaper than our hotels service. Special thanks to ultra friendly Tim aka Trọng, who arranged everything for us and was constantly chatting with us via WhatsApp during the whole trip, to make sure that everything was going as planned! 😊🙏

Very nice service in a cheap budget. They customized trip as per my requirements. Always quick to response on my queries on WhatsApp group. Despite some language barriers or I could say ascent barriers trip was well managed and guided. All the staff are courteous and respectful. Highly recommended for tour in Vietnam. Overall Vietnam is very beautiful. I was personally handled by Tony and Lucy, both were quite good, from initial planning to drop to airport. They explained trip in very detail to me.

Two Aussie couples enjoyed 25 fabulous days touring Central & North Vietnam. We designed it and Lily's team made it happen. Yep!!! Did a one day to Cat Ba with Ha Long Bay and it was excellent. Tour guide Hung was great, bus nice, and boat beautiful. Right amount of time for activities and on the water. The reviews speak for themselves. This company is doing it right and not ripping tourists off. Dont book your tour to Ha Long online in advance, just cruise into Lily's. The lunch was substantial, couldn't eat it all. You do have to pay for drinks on some of the cruises so I would recommend bringing enough water to get through the day.

We used their services for going to Cat Ba Island. Although a very good and definitely recommendable experience, unfortunately, some of the things of the tour could’ve been better. They were very friendly and very efficient. They were very kind and were totally responsive at our messages. However, some flaws were, for us, determinant. About the place we visited: The place is magic, and we believe is even better than Ha Long Bay. Cat Ba is awesome because it/ -is 1 hour closer than Ha Long Bay -you can bike, -you can see the local community, -it is less touristy and has the same landscape of Ha Long Bay. About the administrative and important things (the ones you look for in a Tour Agency), I believed there were important flaws: -They asked us to be ready at our lobby 10 minutes earlier than the original time, and in the end we waited 1 extra hour to be picked up. -They told us that the tour was going to be 15, maximum 20 people, and there were 40. Although they pick you up in a small bus of 16, they mix you with another big group later. At least for taking some bus inside the Cat Ba Island. -do you remember that of waiting for them 1 extra hour? Well, they didn’t picked us up by bus. After waiting one hour and texting them, the guide appeared at our hotel, running and completely lost. Made us run and wait 15 minutes under the rain, and then we had to take a taxi with us to reach the bus, (20 mins away). -Finally, when we were in the boat, in our places and ready to eat, they realized there was a missing place. I don’t know why, but the guide forced us to move to another table. After that, funnily, I was the one without place. In the end I got my place, and even the guide paid for the coke I had ordered, but I didn’t feel entirely good after such a series of unfortunate events. In general, I would definitely recommend the tour (Cat Ba Island), but I am not entirely sure of the agency. I would only take this agency if you can’t find this tour in other agencies. We couldn’t find it, though. So, that weighs in their favor. Probably they had bad luck with us, but the tour was definitely far from good standards. At least compared to, for example, tours we made to the Mekong Delta from Ho Chi Minh. In other tour in Vietnam we found better organization and guides with better English. We acknowledge that they are trying hard, but we must admit that, at least from our perspective, other tour agencies in Vietnam were much more better.

I have used Lily’s Travel Agency a couple of times now and it has been amazing both times! The communication is quick, service is fantastic, and the guides that they work with are very knowledgeable. I have done the three day trekking trip to Sapa as well as the one day tour to Ha Long Bay on the luxury boat and would highly recommend both!

Would recommend to anyone travelling in Vietnam! The prices were very reasonable but the best thing about this company was the great customer service! They were very flexible and had lots of great options for trips. Elena sorted out our weekend trips and she was very helpful. She was very speedy with her replies and was very helpful. We booked a two night, three day trekking trip to Sapa through Lily's and I thoroughly recommend them. We nipped to their office to look at options, and were given water and bananas whilst everything was explained. Staff spoke perfect English, answered all our questions and clearly explained how things would work. The guy who spoke with us sent confirmation and the itinerary to me via Whatsapp, and was always avaipable for questions after we booked. The three days of trekking were fantastic. We were in a group of eight and had a lovely local guide, who didn't even break a sweat as we walked/scrambled/slipped up and down mountain paths. On average we did about 10-15km each day and were out from around 0830-1700. Our guide asked each day if we wanted to take the difficult or easy option - we always opted for difficult and some bits were definitely challenging, but always beautiful and scenic! The added bonus was that on each day we generally only bumped into one other small tour group in the whole day. The homestays were basic but fine for a rest after a tiring day. Dinner provided was nice - a group meal of rice, mushrooms, green beans, spring rolls, pork and chicken. They give you plenty of food and there was plenty for vegetarians. We washed it all down with rather horrid rice wine ('happy water') brewed locally and one night our guide joined us and played local drinking games with us! Breakfast was pancakes, bananas and scrambled eggs. I thought the trip was incredibly good value. For $79 we got picked up from our hostel, return transport on sleeper buses, two nights of accommodation and all meals included. You could also travel via sleeper train or a combination of bus and train, but we just opted for the cheapest option. Overall we met some great people, saw beautiful scenery and generally had a great time. Having met some people who booked a Sapa trip through their hostel and had a pretty poor experience, I'm really glad we booked through Lily's!

We are a 64yo couple travelling in Vietnam for the first time. The scenic views I came across here were absolutely breathtaking. Visiting Sa Pa and Fanispan are an absolute must for anyone. • Hoi An ◦ I got to visit during the Lantern Festival. The city came to life at night and there were all kinds of things to do. • Ha Giang ◦ Every stop during the Ha Giang 3-day loop was a vantage point. The scenery was amazing. It was also really neat to be able to see the local culture all throughout this segment of the trip. • Ha Noi ◦ Ha Noi is the capital city of Vietnam. It’s hard to put into words, but it has a vibe to it that just really resonated with me. It’s a unique city that has a lot to offer (a little of something for everyone). • Lune Production’s A O Show (HCMC) ◦ During one of my free days in Ho Chi Minh City, I attended the A O Show at the Saigon Opera House. It was a really enjoyable performance. [Tipping culture] There is no tipping culture in Vietnam and tips are not expected. However, keep in mind that working locals are usually supporting multiple family members or possibly members of their community that are facing hardship.
