Seeking
Adventure
in
Vietnam

[A
special
thanks
to
my
travel
team
at
Lily’s
Travel
Agency]
I
wanted
to
extend
a
personal
thanks
to
my
sales
consultant
Mia,
and
my
customer
care
representative
Mina.
Both
of
them
went
above
and
beyond
to
make
my
experience
in
Vietnam
amazing.
They
answered
my
questions,
assisted
me
with
translations,
and
provided
tips
and
tricks
that
helped
me
along
the
way.
They,
along
with
the
rest
of
the
LTA
staff,
are
dedicated
to
providing
you
with
5
star
service
and
will
make
sure
you
have
a
memorable
experience
during
your
visit
to
Vietnam.
[The
personal
touch
provided
by
Lily’s
Travel
Agency]
I
have
traveled
to
several
places
internationally.
I’ve
booked
everything
myself
and
I’ve
also
used
other
travel
agencies.
Nothing
compares
to
the
level
of
service
I
received
through
using
LTA.
After
I
arrived
in
Ha
Noi
and
got
situated
at
the
Soleil
Boutique
Hotel,
Mia
came
to
meet
me
in
person.
She
went
over
several
details
I
needed
to
be
aware
of,
and
helped
me
install
some
apps
on
my
phone
to
help
me
during
my
stay.
Before
my
KAD
Bus
ride
to
Sa
Pa,
I
got
to
meet
with
Mina
at
LTA’s
office.
She
went
over
several
helpful
things
before
seeing
me
off
to
the
bus
terminal.
I
had
access
to
my
travel
team
during
my
entire
visit.
Any
time
I
had
questions
or
needed
assistance
with
something,
I
got
a
quick
reply
in
the
WhatsApp
group.
This
level
of
service
is
what
made
it
all
worth
it
to
me.
[Why
use
a
travel
agency
at
all?]
I
was
traveling
solo.
At
a
few
points
during
my
wild
trip,
I
watched
other
travelers
encounter
problems.
They
struggled
because
they
failed
to
understand
something
or
booked
something
on
their
own
incorrectly.
I
did
not
have
these
issues
because
I
was
backed
by
Lily’s
Travel
Agency.
Mia
and
Mina
provided
me
with
a
turnkey
experience.
For
the
few
times
I
had
an
issue
with
something,
my
travel
team
took
care
of
it
and
I
didn’t
have
to
worry
about
anything.
This
peace
of
mind
allowed
me
to
focus
on
one
thing:
having
fun
and
enjoying
my
time
in
Vietnam!
[My
favorite
picks
from
the
entire
trip]
•
Sa
Pa
◦
Sa
Pa
is
known
as
the
city
in
the
clouds.
The
scenic
views
I
came
across
here
were
absolutely
breathtaking.
Visiting
Sa
Pa
and
Fanispan
are
an
absolute
must
for
anyone.
•
Hoi
An
◦
I
got
to
visit
during
the
Lantern
Festival.
The
city
came
to
life
at
night
and
there
were
all
kinds
of
things
to
do.
•
Ha
Giang
◦
Every
stop
during
the
Ha
Giang
3-day
loop
was
a
vantage
point.
The
scenery
was
amazing.
It
was
also
really
neat
to
be
able
to
see
the
local
culture
all
throughout
this
segment
of
the
trip.
•
Ha
Noi
◦
Ha
Noi
is
the
capital
city
of
Vietnam.
It’s
hard
to
put
into
words,
but
it
has
a
vibe
to
it
that
just
really
resonated
with
me.
It’s
a
unique
city
that
has
a
lot
to
offer
(a
little
of
something
for
everyone).
•
Lune
Production’s
A
O
Show
(HCMC)
◦
During
one
of
my
free
days
in
Ho
Chi
Minh
City,
I
attended
the
A
O
Show
at
the
Saigon
Opera
House.
It
was
a
really
enjoyable
performance.
[Tipping
culture]
There
is
no
tipping
culture
in
Vietnam
and
tips
are
not
expected.
However,
keep
in
mind
that
working
locals
are
usually
supporting
multiple
family
members
or
possibly
members
of
their
community
that
are
facing
hardship.
Please
consider
being
generous
throughout
your
travels,
especially
if
you
feel
you
received
great
service.
Every
little
bit
helps
and
your
donations
will
go
a
long
way.
[Closing
Summary]
Vietnam
is
open
for
business,
and
they
want
you
to
come
visit.
If
you’re
looking
for
a
country
that
has
something
for
everyone,
look
no
further.
Immersion
in
nature?
Check.
Fun
night
life?
Check.
Cultural
experiences?
Check.
If
you
choose
to
visit
Vietnam,
book
your
trip
through
Lily’s
Travel
Agency.
You’ll
have
an
amazing
time
and
you’ll
be
glad
you
did!
