I have been travel several times to Hanoi. Since I knew Mr. Toni and his company then relax. Airport pkup and drop and Accomadataion and Guide and Quality service and his friendly staff make my trip easier!!! So I just feel Hanoi is my 2nd Home.

We went on seven days tour to hanoi ninh binh halong and sapa with Tony Travel Vietnam after finded on google map. The travel man- Tony help to arrange everything within an hour wtin confirmation receipt and hard copy of itinerary. We were still a bit of doubt before using the service but with the confident and excellent of english in conversation-specially after the tours we would confirm that the Tony Travel staff provide the best service and care, we would like to recommend this travel agent to everyone to Vietnam.

Popped in mainly for a SIM card. Got a SIM card. SIM card works, happy with price of SIM card, 15usd for 1 month and 4gb per day. Can hotspot to my partner. Staff spoke good English, very friendly, good price. What I would suggest is taking advantage of the fact this place has a door and turning on the AC, would be a might better than a fan. Either way, Good chap, helpful, can pay by card.

I went to this agency because I needed a SIM card. It’s working well, no problem with it (though you should be careful: they say you have unlimited 4G access but you only have 2Go of high speed data a day, which is enough unless you want to go crazy on Netflix). However, I received an email from Google thanking me for posting a comment on this agency, which I did not (I never do). The comment said: « Perfect travel agent in Hanoi » which I wouldn’t know, since I did not use their services for my trip. Long story short, if you buy a SIM card from them you should expect them to use your phone while pretending to install the SIM card, only to write a great review about themselves without your knowing. Terrible behaviour, and now I feel like I should change all my passwords.

I booked Halong Bay tour full day at this office. The laddies in front desk so helpful and friendly. They offered a private car to took three of us to the airport with-out any charged. Thank you so much, i will come back to your office if i come back Hanoi.

We got an awful cruise from Tony, but he was realy sorry, and Sad.. Gave us the fee back, and cleaned our clothes for free. I realy think he tryed hes best to help us, but the cruise tricked both him and us. So i will recomend him for others to use ❤️👍

Tony is the GOAT. He gave me good advices and competitive price when booking activities or transport. He is also super responsive on WhatsApp. You can ask him to book something the day before and he got a plan in fews minutes. I will call him again when I will be back in Vietnam.

Tony was super helpful in advising us on tours that would interest us. Everything went smoothly. Luckily he booked 2 beds on the sleeper bus for us, couples who had to share one looked super crammed. We booked the sapa tour 3D3N and halong bay 2D1N tour. We kept his whatsapp number (+84913315299 tony phuong) and was able to check with him about various arrangements throughout our trip. He frequently checked in on us and made sure we were ok. We also booked a taxi to get to the airport (usd13) from him, which puts us at ease as there were many instances where we were not able to get a grab in hanoi. He doesnt accept card, only able to transact in viet dong or usd. Thank you Tony for making our trip in hanoi a wonderful experience.

Tony helped my travel partner and I get the day trips we were looking for at prices that I feel are very fair. While there's hundreds of travel agents in the city and thousands of places to book online that I can't speak to, I can certainly say you're in good hands with Tony. He makes it easy as can be & made himself available to answer our questions late at night as well as a guarantee that we would enjoy our trips, which we we did! With grace and patience, Tony and his team looked after every detail for our 18 days touring out of Hanoi to visit Hoian, Ha Giang and the loop, Pu luong nature Resort and Ninh Binh area. Travel via train and bus legs, then local car tours. Good 3 star hotels. Tony will customise your individual needs. He gave us an itinerary that gave flexibility and free and easy time on our own. Extra special care about our welfare was appreciated. He was always in contact by what's app which is very easy in Vietnam as every cafe will have WiFi. We highly recommend Tony and his partners in Ha Giang and Hoian and will return to see more of Vietnam!!

If you are considering using Tony Travel or comparing with a competitor, then look no further as I cannot recommend Tony highly enough. Tony ticks every box on customer service, quality and value for money. My friend and I arrived to Hanoi with a few nights accommodation booked as well as a rough plan of what we wanted to see and do and Tony took it from there. Transfers, hotels and tours all booked and organised. Tony stayed in contact the entire trip (and when we left vietnam for cambodia!) and was always only ever a phone call away. The occasional hiccup along the way (that Tony was never at fault for) was fixed promptly. There were numerous times when having difficulty communicating with staff members, that we passed the phone over with Tony on the end of the line and a quick conversation in Vietnamese sorted it out. 12/10 recommend!

Thank you Tony travel and team! We arrived in Hanoi with a little plan and not much booked! After walking around for a day we walked into Tony’s travel agency and asked a few questions, said where we wanted to visit and within a few hours had a perfectly drawn up travel itinerary, tailored to our needs and wants, to fit perfectly within our budget. We had a few hiccups along the way with not being able to speak Vietnamese and Google translate not working, during those times we were able to call/text Tony knowing that we would get an answer almost instantly. We were due to leave from Ho Chi Minh city and the night before our tour canceled on us (we booked ourselves through TripAdvisor before leaving Australia, first mistake). We called Tony and within an hour he had a plan, someone to came to our hotel for us to be able to pay and gave us some great tips about what to do in Ho Chi Minh city, next morning we were picked up and made it to our next destination on time! Every tour we were booked on exceeded expectations, although sometimes slightly different to what was advertised due to seasons, it was perfect! Every hotel room booked was a twin room and included breakfast, something which I believe most people would disregard. He even made it possible for us to have a couple of nights in the Crazy House in Da Lat (hard to get into) , very grateful and appreciative of the time and effort Tony put into the planing of our trip. My personal favourite was the Sapa homestay and trekking, if you have time it’s a must. Heads up it is very very cold if you go in December, so bring an extra jumper (recommendation from Tony before we left). Tony was amazing and able to answer any question big or small that we had. Thank you so much Tony for making our time in Vietnam so special, hopefully we will get to meet again! Definitely recommend to my friends, family and anyone looking at coming to Vietnam 😊 Absolute Queen!

Tony is really nice and kind person! We had some problems on the tour, but Tony took care of the problem immediately and the way he handled the problem was very considerate of us👍 I’m glad I booked the tour at this agent. I highly recommend this place!!
