Right in the heart of hanoi old town, there is this cheap but somehow charming hotel. Its old but clean enough to feel confortable, the shower has really hot water (and stays hot, not just for 1 minute 😉). Rooms are big, (see pic. and sorry for the mess! 😂), have a little refrigerator, water boiler and some have a tiny balcony. The manager is a very kind and hardworking person. I would 100% reccomend to stay there Cheers, Leo

I was moved to the dorm here by Hanoi Travellers Hostel because they couldn't extend my stay with an AC room. In the dorm, the AC was stuck at 29C (84F). It would have been fine, but there was an unreachable window open so to avoid mosquitos I had to stay under their very thick blanket. I actually changed into loose, long clothes halfway through the night so I could fall asleep. The room door is glass which lets in a ton of light. There are no lockers so I had to share my bed with my backpack. The room doesn't even lock, so anyone can easily come in and take things. To reach the room from the bathroom, you're visible to anyone on the street outside. However, I will say the staff are fine.

beds are not clean at all, there are no housekeepers. The owner never washed my bed sheets or blanket cover, he used to bring used dirty bedsheets and blanket covers from other beds in other rooms and change for my bed, very old sheets and pillows. I lived for almost 22 nights because it was during the new year holidays and it was difficult to find another hotel. He knew that and he didn't care about my complaints. I will never stay in this hotel. He shows you a happy face, but he doesn't want to spend a little money to keep clean beds for guests. Drinking water was free. during January, my room was very cold.

I never stayed in this hotel but they rented us 3 scooter for 14 days, price was ok but poor scooters quality we had to change wheel 3 times, only one was new and OK for driving for a long time . Keep in mind you have to add fee to change the oil too. Communication was ok via whatsapp but i will no go back rent in this place.

Tony was a friendly and helpful guy. However, the room needs a lot of fixing and some serious deep cleaning. Everything in the room looks old. The location was good, though, close to some of the sights.

Dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life by far!! I could barely stand it for one night. I believe there are bed bugs…… The sheets are DIRTY… the beds, pillows, covers, EVERYTHING is so old and dirty. It’s clear the owner is cheap and doesn’t want to pay to have things cleaned or renewed. You can absolutely stay in a much much nicer and at least clean hotel for a similar cost in the area. STAY FAR AWAY!

I stayed for 4 nights. great hotel, great service with clean rooms and comfortable beds. Nice cntral location in the heart of the french quarter. I highly recommend this place. Tony the owner was very helpful and has assisted me in every way I requested.

I was lucky to stay in this hotel 3days while hanoi tour. Clean room condition with enough hot water And kind staffs. Mostly I satisfied all services on lowest price compared to other hotels existed on tourist street.

this hostel is very clean, the workers are very friendly with warm reception u will love to stay here. mr Tony will also help you book your trip to places like Halongbay, Catba, Sappa etc. very quick and reliable nice trips awaits you what else can i say than to recommend you to check this hostel.
