Really loved our stay here. Lovely modern and clean rooms with all the extras you’d expect. A little small but perfect for a few nights. Extremely friendly staff and lovely buffet breakfast with a huge choice. Only downside was our clothes we had laundered didn’t smell very fresh (minor point but could use a nicer smelling detergent). Thank you for a pleasant stay!

This is the highlight of our Hanoi trip - staying at Bonsella Prestige. This is now our FAVORITE hotel ever. Their service beats the 5 star hotels we have stayed at. From the doorman to the receptionists to the breakfast crew to the housekeeping staff —they are all warm, attentive, thoughtful, and courteous. Right when you arrive, refreshing fresh passion fruit juice and lotus seeds are served. When you come back to your hotel room at night, you will find chocolates and a goodnight note on your desk. Breakfast buffet is really good. They allowed us to check out late at 2pm for free. We left our luggage at the front desk, came back at 5pm to relax for a while at the lobby and they gave us complimentary juice even if we have checked out already. We went out for dinner and came back to get our luggage and they offered a complimentary private room so we can shower/freshen up before heading to the airport. When we were about to leave, they handed us souvenirs to remember them by - definitely felt like leaving home and family. We will never forget this experience.

Fantastic hotel with a superb staff. Sofia, Leo and the team provided top class service and were always trying to help. They made us feel extremely comfortable. The hotel is high quality, in a great location and both the breakfast and spa are excellent. The room was good but only a opaque screen separated the bathroom from the bedroom

I don't know where to start about how good this hotel actually is. I have stayed in 100's of hotels in more than 45 countries and I can confidently say that staying here was one of the best experiences I have had. This hotel gets 5 stars from me in nearly every category. The staff are beyond excellent and whomever chose them and trained them did a fantastic job. The hotel is new and modern with comfortable beds and clean rooms. Breakfast is included in all stays and is of a high standard. Other amenities are lacking a little but this is only a problem if you require them. I will definitely return here next time I am in Hanoi. Book with confidence. The price is right.

Excellent service by the staff for a new hotel and willing to improve. Even gave us some key chains as souvenirs when we departed. Breakfast was good and room has things that we need. There are good food choices nearby and a bia Hanoi joint 1 mins walk away selling beer for 10k dong. Shower facilities was one of the best that I used as I do not have to adjust the temperature. Well done and keep it up.

Loved my stay here with my mother last spring. We paid a great price, and staff - especially Sofia- was so amazingly welcoming and helpful in everyway. The buffet area was small but cozy with great selection and to-order breakfasts. Rooms were tidy and updated with great AC (super necessary) -no real street view but that may be preferable with the busy streets outside (which is everywhere in Hanoi central). There is a chain convenience store as well as a coffee shop right next door which was great for us. Location was about a 10minute walk to everything, especially close to the market. Front was very accommodating with everything we requested including airport pickup/drop-off (really recommend this considering the amount of taxi scams we heard about), making calls to book local spas, luggage holding on our last day, and any questions about neighborhood recommendations. All in all, very much recommend this hotel for a great stay for a great price.

The stay there was amazing! I have never felt such a hospitality, care, attention to detail and overall all outstanding service! It's a brand new building located on a nice street within old part of Hanoi; easy accessible and great for visiting city. If you will need something, they will be there to help and support you. Everyone is nice and truly caring. Great, variety of breakfast, they also cater to people with diet limitations. Definitly would love to stay longer and again. Thank you for such a positive experience!

The staff was friendly, generous and attentive. They provided us safety tips and restaurant recommendations. On one evening, we received a thoughtful note wishing us a good night and sweet treats on our beds. It was a lovely surprise. An issue for us was the repetitive rolling up and down the blinds on the glass door for privacy every time we use the bathroom. This caused us great inconvenience and annoyance during our stay. Subsequently, we were informed at check-out that the hotel is still brand new and management will be rectifying this issue. Despite that concern, as a foreign traveller, the experience from check in to check out was overall excellent. Our hotel room was clean and cosy and I sincerely thank the staff for their exceptional guidance and hospitality.

The hotel is in a great location. Spa on site was very good. The staff sets this place apart, everything is perfectly executed and very welcoming. Even at the relatively low prices for hotels in Hanoi, this place was oddly low. No need to stay anywhere else

Simply the best hotel around the Old Quarter area. Everything was great, we stayed here for 2 nights and it was a pleasant experience. We also rented a scooter here too, it was good also.

After reading the reviews for this hotel, we felt it was absolutely worth a try. Acknowledging that it is listed as 3 star, I was a little bit concerned but these concerns were absolutely unwarranted. This hotel is fantastic. The staff are amazing, couldn’t be more helpful throughout the whole process, from emails confirming details prior to arrival, running us through food and shopping options In the area upon arrival and being attentive to our every need. The rooms were well sized and incredibly clean and the location was perfect. Just a couple of minute walk to restaurants, the lake and markets Great value for money and would absolutely recommend and stay here again

Enjoyed every minute of our stay here at Bonsella Prestige Hotel & Spa. Shuttle service from the airport directly to the hotel is available. Upon arrival we were greeted with the highest level of hospitality we have experienced, along with tea and fresh fruit. Breakfast served Al la carte as well a delicious menu all included in hotel stay. Spa and Gym on basement floor. The spa was very relaxing and the gym has the essentials for a good workout. The rooms were comfortable, stylish and very clean. Highly recommended.

A 4 star hotel with a 5 star staff and service!! Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful and they genuinely try to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. The staff really go the extra mile for you and make you feel so welcomed. Breakfast is very tasty with Vietnamese and western options to choose from. Eggs are cooked fresh to order which is great! The hotel is brand new (opened less than a month) so everything is extremely clean, shiny and modern. Rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated with comfortable beds and satellite TV. Location is also right in the heart of Old Quarter so everything from restaurants, bars and tourist attractions are within short walking distance. One small improvement would be to have more wardrobe space, but that is very minor. Overall a great choice!

Great hotel in the heart of Hanoi. Room is nice, clean and proper. Bath room is modern and good ventilated. The staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is the best i ever had eaten. Food is fresh and the best egg benedictus. And we got a free upgrade. Many thanks! Gr Rob from the Netherlands.
