I brought my now 10 months old cat here for routine check and vaccines in the first months. At the beginning it went well and I had a positive impression and the staff is generally considerate with the pet. However two weeks ago I have contacted them to proceed with sterilisation Different doctor. They asked me if I would have agreed to run blood work as recommended procedure and of course I did. The blood work turned out to be positive for 1 isolated liver marker usually associated to serious damages, such as cancer, epatitis, cirrhosis, but no other value out of range. I was then instructed to bring back the cat to the clinic for urgent treatment and no surgery as it might have died under anesthetic! I was surprised to hear all that for such a young cat, but I definetly got suspicious after noticing that the diagnosis stopped at blood work stage instead of investigating any further to frame the diseas and neither treating it urgently as recommended. Cat and me were then dismissed, with a 10 days "milk thistle supplement" treatment. After which it should have been re-tested (again full blood work) to proceed with surgery. Of course you don't need a degree in veterinary to understand that liver damages whether curable requires different assets to heal and for long time (drugs not supplements) and also a drastic diet change that they didn't recommend despite me asking. I brought the pet to another vet who didn't find any problem. Cat is fine and already neutered now.

Good, clean and look nice. Wrote an article about pet health and treating FLV but don't actually have the facility to handle it. Charge 400k for a tube test which give a false positive which give me a feeling they don't know anything.

Probably the best Vet you have in Hanoi! My french bull dog had most of its treatment here , include but not limited to: itchy skin, allergic, redness, neuter operation and others.

I ran to them for a cat emergency at 230am and they gladly accommodated us. Friendly and professional staff. I saw how gentle they were with my cat. They regularly updated me about my cat.

Such nice people working here, they're very kind, understanding and most of them speak English. I'm very happy with the service.

Brought my chow chow here once or twice. Lovely staff and Clinic

Went there the first time with our dog and the owner Ms. Linh was fantastic. Had blood tests and everything done, then went back and had the staff give us our dog's medication. They don't speak English and no one could tell us how to take care of an infection on her foot. The powder was in white paper, extremely difficult to give to the dog and no discription of what it was...and it was expensive...they also badly cut open her paw to drain and never even bothered wrapping it...had to ask for them to do this...awful awful second experience...the French doctor calls me back about a week later to say she should be on a different antibiotic and that I must come and see her. Going there I expected to pick up the new meds, all she says to me is that she couldn't find it and gives me the name of the meds, to find myself...so I took it that the first antibiotics were inferior or incorrect...go to the pharmacist who tells me that the meds recommended are not for ingestion and I must get something else...all the while I have spent a small fortune at this ridiculous vet, and my dogs infection has returned...they couldn't be more useless if they tried..you waisted a lot of my money and time, badly run vet. Take huge caution if you take your animals there...they do not appear to be properly qualitied and really don't give a damn about what they are doing..

Please don't take your pets here!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Took my puppy to get spayed, they said her kidney was okay to proceed w the surgery. After the surgery she was very fatigue and vomited everywhere. She then was diagnosed with an infection and was very ill. Took her back, they put her on antibiotics and overdosed her leading to kidney failure. When we visited her she was so ill she was not eating at all and they did not inform us of the reality. We decided to take her home and she passed away painfully due to kidney failure.
