Staff good attitude. The bathroom and toilet also have an unpleasant smell. If it can be handled, it will be very good. The swimming pool water temperature needs to be warmer because it is winter.

Fully equipped gym. A bit small but not too crowded. The machine is new, the swimming pool is a bit watery and sometimes not very warm, the toilet is often broken and the hot water is not up to standard. The clothes hangers are all broken but not replaced. In general, the staff is ok, the exercise equipment is good, only the toilets are often broken. Buying a 3-year full service ticket is also not expensive. The location is quite central, easy to get around, and there is parking space, although the garage is small, making it a bit difficult to find a place to park. There was a jacuzzi before, but it's a bit of a waste to remove it. We should improve the quality of the bathroom and swimming pool, sometimes it's too stuffy, there's a lot of steam, the smell of disinfectant is stuffy, we should add a ventilation and exhaust system, when we're on the shore and sit there's an unpleasant smell of detergent. Especially those with allergic rhinitis.

The facility is good, however, recently they give out too much free vouchers making the pool and the gym too crowded.

The gym and swimming pool are a bit crowded, but the rest are fine. What I like best is that the lockers and bathrooms are always clean
