Beautiful, serene spa hidden in the middle of Tay Ho, Ha Noi. An absolute gem, staff are incredibly attentive and amazing at their jobs. The massages make you melt. They also have a sauna and steam room which I love to use before my massage to add that extra layer of relaxation. I go regularly and can say it's always a relaxing visit that leaves me feeling refreshed each time. 10/10

My masseuse was Ven. She was really really good! I travel in Asia for work and have massage frequently, this was a very good one. And it only cost 420,000 for an hour with hot stone. Very good value for money! I will definitely good back.

This is a beautiful space since it is in a 4-star long term stay hotel. The massage is traditional Vietnamese massage that aims to treat painful muscles, tendons and joints as well as providing relaxation. Deep pressure is applied as well as pressure points, and at the end of the massage hot stones are applied to ensure complete relaxation. My therapist, though small in size, by varying her bodily position, is able to exert quite a bit of deep pressure throughout the entire session. After the massage I was greeted by the owner named Viet who turned out to speak perfect English. I share with him how much I enjoyed the massage and he introduced me to his most senior therapist who also specializes in using massage as part of traditional medicine. I returned a few days later and had another incredible massage where she set out to work on my back, and then my arms and shoulders to release all of the tension of someone who sits and reads for hours on their mobile phone. I am so glad to have had the above experiences, but will have a hard time finding similar experiences back in the States.

My friend introduced me to this location. Quiet space and the good smell of essential oils are my first impressions. Staffs are friendly, have beautiful smile, specially good massage skills. I have problem with my neck and shoulders and I feel comfortable and relax after finish the package. High recommend !

We had a fantastic full body massage and cupping experience! Facilities are modern and world class, special shoutout to the kindness and professionalism of the staff; they went above and beyond, taking the time to ask if there were special focus areas or issues and concentrated on them throughout the treatment. We went for the full body massage and cupping combo which was absolutely amazing. First time trying cupping and I can only recommend it, will definitely do it again. Massage therapists are really skilled! I’ve had massages and cupping massages done here! Loved them! Located in Elegant Suites hotel which is very peaceful. Sauna and steam rooms available for massage clients too which is an added bonus if you compare it to other spas offering massages. They have great shower facilities too after your massage.

I got a shampoo, pedicure, and nail lacquer done by Hang. She is absolutely wonderful. The shampoo was a two time shampoo rinse and then conditioner followed by an amazing head massage. I felt like she was getting knots out of my head that I didn’t know I had. Afterwards, she dried and parted my hair and began the pedicure. I would highly recommend Hang for any beauty services, she is great! Love this spa and will come back hopefully one day with friends.

I was given a free voucher for an hour massage at a charity event. The manager was very helpful in listening to my requests for the massage and communicating the information to the masseuse. The masseuse asked about pressure and did a great job with deep tissue work. My muscles felt much better after. I love that they support different charities by donating free services.

No idea how it got 4.6 stars. Paid for full thai massage, was done on a foot reflexology chair, how awkward. Although masseue tried hard, its obvious skills not there. She did not ask for a tip, but front desk asked on her behalf. I am appalled at the service standards. Sorry for the masseue, you are perhaps better off elsewhere at old quarters, however price is reasonable approx 22usd for 90mins

I can highly recommend Tre Boutique Massage & Spa because my experience there was top-notch from start to finish. First of all, booking any service is really easy since they have an online booking system. Their customer service via Facebook messenger is fantastic too. I had a few questions prior to my massage, and they responded very promptly, always willing to help. The 90-minute massage itself was outstanding as well. The therapist, Ms. Trang, used the perfect combination of deep tissue and softer massage techniques. All in all, a great experience at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!!

What a pity that I did not have enough time to try the free sauna, but will definitely try it next time to enjoy the massage experience after to the most. Recently stayed at the Elegant Suites and went to TRE for a 90 minute massage. It was excellent, just what I needed to relieve tension from work and long flights. Full body massage - the masseuse used just the right pressure, and it was overall a very good experience.

Great experience and will come back again I came back twice, first was only foot massage and second was body massage and scrub. The manager kindly explained the treatments to us and checked if we had any preferences for intensity and if there were any areas we wanted to focus on. Very comfortable, great service.

Best spa in town. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The falicilties is clean and modern. This was my first time cupping. No, it wouldn’t be painful, you should only feel slight discomfort, like someone pinching you. And no, there would be no blowtorches (though a totally-safe “fire cupping” technique is used by some practitioners). Here, the procedure was simple: She would place glass or silicone cups around my major muscle groups, making a suction with the skin to increase blood flow to the area. She’d then leave them there for 3-or-so minutes, referred to as stagnant cupping. Will come back !!!!

A few years back, I am not really into massage or therapy or so, but after meeting TRE when they sponsored a few marathon runs, I've decided to come to the place. It was wonderful experiences. The place was nice and the people there were just easy to talk. I've been there a few times before and after the Covid, and I've really love it. Also, I got a chance to meet the owner and exchanged words for how to improve the service today. Such a cool guy, and I'll definitely go back to the place later on.

The spa was recommended to me by my friends. I decided to go for bikini waxing. Very good service, good location, friendly staff. But this, unfortunately, can not overlap the lack of professionalism in the master of epilation. First of all, she worked without gloves. At all. And when she started to rub lotion on my skin with her fingers, I made a remark and asked to use at least a tissue. Secondly, most of the hair is chopped off, not pulled out by the root. And there are areas that are not treated at all. Thirdly, the master blew on the wax that was already on me. That is, she was blowing directly on my mucous membranes, which she didn't think was terrible. I, on the other hand, find this completely unhygienic and unacceptable. Overall, a lot of things indicated a lack of experience on the part of the master. I have been waxing for 10 years and I know exactly how it should be. The receptionist asked how I liked the procedure and after my remarks gave me a 10% discount. Many thanks to her for being so client-oriented. I am sure my feedback will be heard. But I just want to warn other girls so they don't have a bad experience
