Good hotel to visit with family. Everything was fine. Because the pool bar doesn't seem to serve in the afternoon and evening, even though I was expecting to use the pool bar.. but I couldn't. Except this, it is quite nice.

It was a pleasant stay. There were some ants in the kitchen. Forgot my charger but the staff was very nice and helpful.

Such a put-off communicating with the customer service team here. What's the point of withholding information on the breakfast menu from the guests?! Stupid mindset and management.

This hotel has great value for your money. The rooms are spacious, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is good but most of all, this hotel is perfect when you are traveling with little kids. The hotel itself has a large outdoor pool with a shallow part that can be used for toddlers. Next to the pool you will find a indoor and outdoor playground that guarantees hours of fun for the little ones. For those who wants to relax or want to work on their beach body, they have a free sauna and gym too. High recommend this place and definitely come back when I visit Hanoi again.

Clean well maintained apartment with all the amenities you could possibly need, including a fully functional kitchen with washer/dryer, oven, fridge and a decent basic breakfast. Also has a nice pool area, gym and a sauna. Location out of the old town means that it's also a bit more relaxed and nobody will push you to sell tours.

Nice staff, location, very large, comfortable two beds with kitchen. We are repeated customers whenever stay in Hanoi. Very clean, and reasonably priced.

Clean and comfortable place. We usually stay more than 7 days here. There are many restaurants around this area. Good for business trip.

Clean well equipped rooms. Good pool and sufficient gym. Friendly helpful staff. Location is pretty decent with all you need pretty close by.

Happy to stay here,great location, best security, helpful staff. It is best for family with children. I rate it 4 stars as it was built for ages, some upgrades in the bathroom to be required.
