was
in
Hanoi
in
August.
My
friend
and
I
bought
a
backpack
from
them
that
has
a
camera
pocket.
When
we
got
home
in
the
evening,
we
found
out
that
they
charged
us
twice
with
credit,
because
of
them
we
have
to
change
our
travel
plans
in
order
to
get
a
refund.
After
a
day
we
drove
to
Sapa,
and
on
the
way
to
Sapa
we
noticed
that
the
bag
was
of
very
poor
quality
and
just
started
to
crumble.
We
contacted
the
store
and
explained
that
only
after
a
week
we
will
be
able
to
get
to
Hanoi
and
that
we
want
to
return
this
bag.
We
were
told
that
we
would
arrive
after
a
week
and
return.
We
changed
our
plans
one
more
time
specifically
to
get
Hani
to
return
this
bag.
When
we
arrived
at
the
store,
we
encountered
2
saleswomen
who
simply
said
the
same
thing,
like
a
broken
record,
that
the
item
could
be
exchanged
for
a
price
equal
to
or
more
expensive
than
the
item.
We
explained
that
we
had
a
two
hour
flight
and
we
didn't
like
any
bags
either.
Despite
the
situation
the
saleswomen
were
very
sealed
and
were
not
ready
to
find
any
other
solution.
Offer
if
we
want
them
to
repair
the
bag
for
us
and
send
us
to
Israel
and
shipping
fees
at
our
expense.
That
is
not
a
solution
either.
In
my
opinion,
a
company
like
this
should
give
a
fair
service
to
the
customer,
especially
since
this
is
a
very
expensive
bag
of
such
poor
quality
that
after
two
days
it
just
started
to
crumble.
We
received
really
bad
treatment
and
service
at
the
store.
If
you
don't
want
your
trip
to
be
ruined,
don't
come
to
this
store.
Customer
service
is
a
very
low
priority
for
them.
