The Ha Giang Loop was the absolute highlight of our trip to Vietnam. We first wanted to try and organize it for ourselves and drive ourselves, but ended up going with this organized tour and that was the best decision we could have made. First of all having the drivers that are actually locals from the area provided an amazing experience, allowing us to see the ins and outs and the hidden gems of this beautiful piece of the planet. We stayed at local home stays, had truly lovely food all along the way and really got in touch with the locals. The way this is set up also really supports the locals, a great bonus.

Wow, the loop is amazing. Have to try when you visit Vietnam, do the tour and you have a chance to know many knowledges about the ethnic minorities people, their lifestyles. One of the best experiences I’ve had! The Ha Giang loop is absolutely beautiful and taking a motorcycle tour with this company is extremely easy. I took an easy rider and the group took us to a number of viewpoints. Unfortunately for us, a lot of the time it was cloudy and we couldn’t see much. We took a limousine bus from Hanoi to Ha Giang in the evening, then started our tour in the morning. It was all arranged by the tour. All meals are covered, and the hosts make sure we have everything we needed. In the nighttime we had beers and “happy water” and karaoke. In particular I want to thank Draco for being an extremely helpful and responsive coordinator and our tour guide Tuong who is an extremely nice guy who not only answers all your questions but helped make sure all my dietary restrictions were met and also offered to go out and get me alternative food.

Been travelling SEA for 4 months and this was the best experience so far! Cheers hostel’s professionalism for the whole 3 days was amazing, the views speak for themselves and the easy riders were so friendly, couldn’t recommend this enough to anyone visiting Vietnam

I've just completed the Ha Giang loop Epic tour with Cheers hostel (booked via the One Hostel in Hanoi which I think is owned by the same people.) I had a great few days. My driver Hoàng was brilliant, he made feel really safe all the time, was really kind, spoke really good English and took me to viewpoints that were less touristy and really beautiful. The places we stayed in were great too and the evening activities with everybody like dinner, drinks and karaoke were really fun. I've never done anything like this before and it was a really memorable experience. The transport was also a luxury sleeper bus which was very nice. Only minor things I'd mention is that I had a couple of small issues but Cheers hostel were very accommodating and helped me solve them very quickly and sorted out different changes for me. One was that I'd been booked on the wrong outgoing bus (as I was coming from Sa pa rather than hanoi) so they organised for me to have a beer and snack at the place I was waiting as an apology. The other was that I had booked on the four day tour but when it started it turned out I was the only person on it (as I think the three day must be the standard / more popular one that most people do.) In the end we organised something where I was able to join the three day people for all the social activities like lunch, dinner, swimming in a waterfall and then in the day basically had a private motorbike tour (as I was the only person in my group) which was actually really special and worked out to be the best of both. Thank you very much for a great trip!

The Ha Giang epic tour was highlight of our vaccation in Vietnam. Everything was well organized. The drivers are excelent, they drive fast, but safe. The landscape is one of the most beautiful i have ever seen. They also took us on amazing kayaking trip and we had also chance to swim under a waterfall. Higly recommended!

One of the best things in our lives! We are still speechless because the Epic Ha Giang Loop was really EPIC! You can enjoy a lot of breaks with incredible viewpoints to see the stunning nature. We were very happy that we took an easy rider because you can look at this awesome scenery all the time while driving and around every corner there is a new surprising view waiting for you. But for us the local people and especially the drivers were unforgetable. We felt totaly safe and protected in every situation and their hospitality and kindness were outstanding! We collected so many beautiful memories and impressions of this wonderful part of Vietnam. We were both crying when we left the village Du Già because the people touched our soul. When you choose this tour you really support the local people: all drivers are from Ha Giang, you stay in the local homestay, eat their local food and so on. So if you like sustainable travelling this is the right choice! So thank you a lot to all the drivers from Epic Tours for showing us the life in Ha Giang. We’ve had an amazing trip! 100% would recommend, much safer than driving it by yourself. The guides were super kind and the easy-riders were very skilled. We felt really safe. The views were beautiful, the food was good and the group was amazing! We were with 30 people and the group got split in two so we didn’t drive in one big group. You see each other again when you’re having dinner and they don’t split people who are together ;-) This is the best trip we’ve done so far, it was very organized and safe. Definitely our highlight of Vietnam.

We had such an amazing time on the 3 day tour with Cheers hostel! Booking was so quick and easy through WhatsApp, and staff made us feel welcome from the start. The overnight bus was much nicer than we were expecting (although no toilet on board!) and the hostel/hotel/homestay were all high quality accommodations. The easy riders were all very friendly and rode us along the mountains safely, helping us keep our belongings dry through lots of heavy rain! They really were so hospitable and kind, making sure we were all having a great time throughout the trip. The food was also amazing, with a spread served for most meals allowing you to choose what to eat (usually meat dishes, rice, spring rolls, and veg options e.g tofu). Breakfast was usually either pancakes or eggs. The tour itself was absolutely incredible, we drove past some amazing scenery, villages and mountain paths which was a definite highlight of our time in Vietnam. Unfortunately we had to miss out on the boat trip due to poor weather but otherwise a faultless experience!

Peaceful, dangerous, amazing trip. Unforgetable memory of Vietnam. Highly recommend!

If you want a unique experience, then you should book this tour. The place has no tourist, you will meet only locals and wil have the chance to experience the true Vietnamese culture. The Highlight of my 3 months in Vietnam.

The tour was well organised. We got pick up at Cheers Hostel in Hanoi and headed to Ha Giang overnight. Once we got there, we jumped on the motorbike with drivers who had a good knowledge of the area. We stayed in pretty good hostel and the food places that was recommended to us was good quality. I highly recommend to book the tour with them !
