Spacious clean lodging with kitchen. Near shops and restaurants. They also provide laundry service which was a relief after living out of our suitcase for a week. I would stay here again.

Good place to stay, the room is big and clean. And the price is reasonable, I think this apartment is better than Most of the hotel in Hanoi. It can provide a refrigerator and a microwave machine , besides it has a cooker If you want you can cook your favourite food as you could.

Overall, great value for the money. Location was good. The view at the nearby lake was nice. Great coffee shop is located nearby. They were selling water for great price at reception. I think face masks were also available. Staff was very friendly. Altrough, they didnt speak english they tried to use google translator. However, our requests took a lot of time to arrange (new toilet paper roll and new towel) We were disappointed that pay with card wasnt possible. Only cash. Room was smelly most of the times and wasnt cleaned very well. Underside of toilet seat was disgusting. We were given some dirty towel which wasnt washed good. Overall room looked much more older, used and weathered by time than compared to photos. Wifi wasnt working at some times. I was always anxious when we were coming late at night as they close the door so hotel is not accessible for outsiders. But, everytime they opened for us (had phone number sticked on the outside wall if needed). Lighting was very bright and cold white. It wasnt nice for evenings as there wasnt any bed lamp.

I stay here every time I’m in Hanoi. It is close to the Old Quarter and other sites, but far enough to escape its mad and hectic traffic, noise and pollution. The staff are super friendly, and I can always expect a fast and courteous service. The bed is super comfortable. The roof terrace is a great escape from the noise and craziness of Hanoi’s streets. There are tons of local places around to eat. I will definitely stay here again when I’m back in Hanoi.

Stayed in a studio apartment owned by a Ms Yen. Highly recommended. Clean, equipped, great communication and the owner is always ready to help. Pet friendly is a huge bonus.

Stayed here for over the past month. We're leaving soon and are sad to because this place is such a gem. Right on a beautiful lake the surrounding neighborhood is very charming. It is also close enough to the Old Quarter that you can walk there in 20 mins but it is far enough away that is quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this place if you're staying in Hanoi for more than a few days.

I enjoyed my stay here. The room was as described. There’s a 24 hour mini mart right across the street that has your basic needs. Many coffee shops and restaurant’s overlooking the truc Bach lake. It’s not as busy as old quarter and that was exactly what I wanted. Many places to eat around and have a drink.

Clean, easy accessible to the old corners of Hanoi and the west lake area. Feeling like you are at your home with every two days room service.

Good, good sized rooms/apartments. In the.nicest part of Hanoi and not the horribly touristy ghetto. Price is also good.

I’m really happy that I chose this place for my two-week long stay. The room was very spacious and clean. Cleaning staff came once a week, which included providing fresh towels. There’s also laundry service for a small fee, which was super nice. The location of the building was the biggest highlight. While it is a decent walk to/from the main/touristy area of Hanoi, I very much enjoyed and preferred the chill, quieter, and romantic area the building is located in. Plus, getting a Grab to get to places is so cheap, so it’s really not a problem. Highly recommend this place and would definitely come back if I visit Hanoi again! Such great value.
