Amazing place in the city, can enjoy your free time... Golf, swimming pool, gym, coffe, drink, the standards is high level.

Overzealous security guards on every corner who mostly seem out to give residents a hard time. Too many rich locals ignoring the rules and behaving badly, especially on the roads, where they crash their cars and run into children. Security more concerned with getting rid of motorbikes parked on the road and refusing access to residents' deliveries. Poorly managed estate with screwed up priorities. Essentially zero communication between the estate management and the residents. Still, could be worse—you could be in Tay Ho!

The only saving grace of this place is the sauna. I brought a 3 month membership for the pool here. It took the reception staff 6 weeks to learn/accept the fact that I was a member here, my membership was constantly doubted everytime I arrived. I went on holiday towards the end of my membership and asked if I could pause it for 2 weeks. I was told that this was not possible on any membership less than 6 months. When I got back from holiday the member of staff at the front desk was extremely rude, she was eating at the desk, the phone rang (1 ring) she jumped up ignoring my presence (I was waiting for a towel which had been moved to behind the desk) and proceeded to be on the phone for some time. When she finally got off of the phone she told me I was no longer a member with them. I explained I had a few days left on my membership to which she disagreed, all the while talking down to me. After her second look on the computer she realised she was in the wrong and instantly tried to soften her tone. I reiterate the customer service here is awful! I will not be renewing my membership, and honestly suggest people think twice before joining this 'club'.

Spacious private room. Not very well trained staff. Most of the dishes were salty and didn't taste good. Around 13 million VND for a dinner of 15 people.

Ciputra is well... quarter in Hanoi on the way to airport. There are villas in the inner part and towers at the entrances. Some small grocery shops and bakeries. What is nice there are so called green paths for nice waking and also cycling.

The club includes a nice gym, pool with a fine steam and dry saunas, golf shooting range, golf shop, restaurants and Highlands Coffee.

Ciputra club has a very nice golf driving range, and it’s facility is great. More than that, the staffs who are working here can speak English fluently and someone who can even speak Mandarin. It also got nice view. It’s a great place to practice your golf.

Best Club House in Hanoi

Very good-looking facilities center. Especially the fitness and pool center. A gem on international experience in Hanoi. However it is very expensive, in this case the quality is very well payed

Every night, I go on the walking path with the family...I marvel at the beauty of the landscaping and the care they put in the upkeep.Actually, everywhere on the grounds you'll see 100s of different trees, shrubs, plants, flowers which they renew regularly.

One of the most disorganised driving ranges I have ever been to. The Range staff ignore you when you try to get golf balls. Waited at least an hour to get service. Multiple people were served in front of me and each time I tried to ask for assistance I was told to wait. Would have given 0 stars, but it’s not an option.

Great community, condusive & safe to stay with healthy environment and beautiful surrounding.

If you prefer somewhere away from the drunk fights from the bars or petty things on street in Xuan Dieu or around of that area, where kids can walk home from school alone safely without getting into a street fight, get hit by a motorbike, or just to make you feel secured going for a jog in the early morning, then Ciputra is a safe international city with all the supermarkets of western products nearby, with swimming pools and running road without too many motorbikes and noises honking all the time like elsewhere in Tay Ho. Almost all people here are expats and foreign, so it is easy to get the things you need, just ask.

Great place to live in instead of others areas like in other parts of Tay Ho where chaotic and nasty shenanigans happening everyday, ciputra is just safe and gated community with camera and implemented security. good if your children go to Unis and other schools in area and prefer a safe enviroment for kids. P/s plenty of shopping marts inside, but if you really want to go for a groceries run, Metro Thang Long Warehouse is right below Ciputra on the left, stocking a lot of western goods at the correct prices, ( marts normally sell them much more expensive)

Biggest club in ciputra offering golf, gym, Heated pool throught the year, steam, sauna, seafood restaurant and so much more. Next to L2 tower in ciputra. Membership required to use the facilities but the seafood restaurant open to all.

Good place to live although the only problem they have is the security guard. The new security team is giving a harsh time for the resident because sometimes they behave badly and have a weird priorities that they set out

I’m a resident in Ciputra and I’ve been a full member of the club for the last 2 years. Sure that when my membership expires, I will Not renew it and advise people who are looking for a good service to consider cautiously before purchasing. During social distancing, I asked for club’s help regarding transfer of my friend’s membership. A staff replied with bad language, rude and offered no help at all. Then this person kept attacking me verbally by texts on Messenger even after I thanked them and asked to stop the talk. Very untrained and unprofessional. I tried to contact the club’s manager to share my bad experience but there’s no information about their phone number. Hope someone knows the Real manager and tell him/her about my narrative.
