Very accommodating, professional and skilled. I had: Vitamin facial- 650k. About 75 minutes and very relaxing. My skin looked great after, there was a little irritation from the extractions but they calmed down by the next day. Pedicure + foot care- 400k + 150k (+100k for the type of polish I chose (check the tags on the colour wheels)) My feet are now amazingly smooth and I love the colour. Eyelash Italian InLei lash filler- 550k. A lift and tint is included. Definitely looked volumised. They didn't dye the bottom lashes which I usually have done but they might have if I'd asked I just forgot to. This was started halfway through the pedicure and all together took about an hour and a half. Nails- 590k + 300k for long false extensions with multiple colour designs. The best and sturdiest nails I've ever had done. The artist was so patient and took her time to make them perfect. I've never been so happy with my nails! It took almost 3hrs but there was a little trouble with translating the design wants so we did have to redo a little. They did my brows at the same time so it was very efficient. Brows Italian InLei- 690k Best brow work I've ever had! She shaped them and tinted too checking the colour before and during the process with me to make sure I was happy with it. Overall I had a wonderful time and the work done was incredible for an incredible piece especially compared to at home. I wouldn't hesitate to go again. *It's a bit hard to fine the studio as you have to go through a fire door that says you'll be fined if you go through it. We got a bit nervous about it so called them and they came and got us.

Chill Pill is the best nail salon (and more) in Vietnam. Costs are higher than street salons but the extra cost is fair given the clean environment, English-speaking staff, and staff skill. I’ve tried many salons over the last six years and I’ll never go anywhere else for manicure and pedicures.

My manicure and pedicure are always done by super skilled technicians. Also I’m impressed with the wide variety of nail polish colours. The salon is clean, inviting and cozy. The services are top-notch.

Love my lashes! Điều was my lash technician and she did an amazing job. Full volume and I was out within 1.5 hrs. She recommended I try the cat eye according to my eye shape, and they turned out perfect. I get my lashes done all the time back at home, but have never walked out as confident with the style and volume. Thank you Chill Pill studio. See u next time

I went in for a Brazilian & chin laser hair removal. My technician was great in the sense that she kept asking if I was okay, she was gentle , their laser machine didn't hurt , and she worked pretty fast. The front desk staff is welcoming, and the place itself looked clean. It definitely can be a bit difficult to find on your first time, but the staff will meet you and help if you're lost. I think they can improve on asking clients some necessary questions BEFORE the service to ensure the client is fit for the treatment and to show professionalism in their work( as well as after care info). Other than that, so far , it was good . They had a great promotion so I bought a package of 6 sessions for Brazilian & chin for just 5.8mill

I’ve been going here for a while now and am never disappointed! Each nail tech is attentive and professional. They are always able to do whatever color or design I want. My nails usually last more than a couple weeks and don’t chip even when doing things like climbing! It’s definitely worth the cost and the time :)

I had my lashes done here last year, and I’m about to book an appointment. Best lashes ever, they have a clear menu so if it’s your first time, this will help you ALOT. She goes with what style you want but also in a way that fits or lifts your eyes. As well as the lashes they use is to soft, and it lasts so long. They do an amazing job! HIGHLY recommend!

One of the few salons with state of the art Biobase sterilizing equipment. The best pedicure I’ve ever experienced. When I’m in Hanoi this is the only nail salon I will consider. Tricky to locate on the 29th floor. Enter through a couple of exit doors. You will be amazed by the views once you enter the salon. Lotte is seen from the photos. Owner is fluent in Russian, english and Vietnamese. Sept 2020. Back again. Luna and her team have transformed my nails. Simply the best. Plan a couple of hours for the appointment. It lasts a really long time as well. My nails are so strong and healthy. I also get my lashes permed and tinted here, and they look lovely! I got a recommendation from a friend to go there. I got a discount for a new master and I had to wait almost 45 min because the customer before me wasn't finished until my appointment time. The staff was really helpful and my stay was nice I watched Netflix while waiting 😂 it took 2.5hrs to make my nails there. A bit too much but it was super clean and tidy even though the master was new. I think speed will come with the practice. For the next time I will choose an experienced master not to waste my time. But I should also mention that they gave me 50% discount instead of 30% for making me wait. 😊 I would recommend them. They are professional 😊

Amazing service and skill, and incredible customer service. This place had been highly recommended to me, went today for the first time and couldn’t be happier. Just the quick response and ease of booking off fb messenger was a relief. Then my nail tech picked up on a potential medical issue and asked if she could take a pic and send to her boss. Her boss called me and strongly encouraged me to postpone my service and deal with the issue. I was very grateful and appreciative that they put my well-being ahead of their profits, and they really made a big impression on me. I went to Chill Pill because my manicure other places wasn't lasting. This technique has my nails feeling much stronger. Great atmosphere, clean, and so many color options! Looking forward to returning.

Most thorough and clean manicure that I have ever gotten. The professionalism is top-notch, seriously the quality is remarkable. They clean your cuticles so well the polish reaches alllll the way, ensuring that your manicure lasts. I usually have a problem with my tips chipping/wearing off early but not with Chillpill! You are also able to get a (very good!) foot care pedicure here (heel smoothing, toe cuticle clean up) which is rare in Vietnam, just be sure to request it. Also, the quality of their nail art is amazing- show them a picture and you can get it. Picture is after a week at the beach.

I was really impressed with the medical pedicure- an issue with my toenail I saw a doctor for and was told would never be fixed they were able to help treat and the recommended product helped fix a split matrix I have been dealing with for YEARS.
