One of the best company I've worked for over 5 months. The customers are nice, the route is suitable for Tourists to visit all the attractive places in Hanoi. Especially the boss, he is a tough guy with steel mind, he handles the problem only with one tone. I like this place and willingly contribute more for this company - Thumbs up for this service.

Cycling in Hanoi in peak hour is not for the faint hearted!! My guide got us safely through with great humour and patience. We forgot to advise that we needed a small bike but they bent over backwards to fix the issue and got their hands on a bike that was suitable. We had a beautiful ride with lots of laughs and plenty of information. When I advised that I was Vegan our guide went out of his way to make sure I had plenty to eat and the food was DELICIOUS - what a way to end my trip in Vietnam. Highly recommend.

We were taken in a jeep (very cool addition!) to the Bat Trang pottery village via some of the local farming land. Our afternoon consisted of a pottery lesson where we made our own ceramics and then a walk around the village to meet some of the locals and have some experiences you wouldn't easily find on your own. Along the way we were also shown some local cuisine with a quick coffee stop before being taken back to our motel. Our guides were absolutely incredible, Anh had heaps of interesting facts about Ha Noi and gave us many unforgettable experiences while Huy was a master behind the wheel of the Jeep and made us feel comfortable and safe for the whole tour. Certainly a must-do if you want to explore different aspects and sights in Ha Noi! The English-speaking guide takes you via the old railways over the tranquil island / farming lands over the B52-memorial (with a surviving witness account at his home), the back streets and the government quarter to lunch and closing (egg) coffee. As a group of 10, we also had 2 assistants on motorcycles to guide us through traffic. Absolutely recommendable!

I had the best day touring the Hanoi countryside. Tea was an excellent guide- he made sure I was safe the whole way, even in the bustle of the traffic. The tour was well organised, interesting and superb value for money. Thank you 😊

Our group of 6 did the city/countryside half day tour. We had a great day. We all felt safe riding in the city area and were well guided and protected from traffic. Our tour guide and 2 assistants were fantastic. They took video and photos. After the ride we enjoyed a delicious lunch with our tour guide. Highly recommended. 😍

This is great fun ride. Thanks to my guide Ninh for bringing me to the countryside of Hanoi. We ended up playing a game of Football with the local boys in the village.

Outstanding We did the Sunset Tour and it was a fantastic experience! I would highly recommend this tour and this company. We were picked up and transported on motorcycles to the cycling place- that’s an experience in itself! We then cycled round the sights of Hanoi during the the busiest time of day…and I can’t emphasize enough how safe we felt in the middle of all the traffic. Our guide Chris led the way and there was a motorcycle with 2 others behind us, beside etc wherever it was needed to ensure we were safe at all times. Chris was knowledgeable, flexible and a really friendly, happy person to cycle round with. We cycled down quiet streets, dirt roads, and busier streets, visiting the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Train Street, Banana Island etc. It was not strenuous and the bikes are excellent quality. We had a super time! If you’re looking to experience the hustle and bustle of Hanoi while visiting some of the key sites, this is the perfect way to do so!

I booked a bike tour to countryside from this company last week, and it was absolutely amazing. The guide was very knowledgable and proffesional. They took us to all hidden spots, which gave me a chance to interact with locals. Highly recommend it for everyone

Excellent! Our tour could not have been better. We were picked up from our hostel, given our bikes and rode across the bridge, over a ferry and through the county side, stopping at a beautiful local house and old temple for cold drinks and fresh lychees! We then rode back and had a delicious lunch and coconut coffee. Our tour guide Trung was great! So kind and knowledgeable and taught us a lot about Vietnamese history, culture and mythology. He extended the tour by over an hour because we were having so much fun! It was a decent work out (especially in the heat) but they kept us well hydrated. We felt very safe crossing roads because we had a spotter following us and stopping traffic the whole trip. 10/10 must do in Hanoi.
