For all what you have done for us, i must say Penny Vietnam Travel is one of the best travel agency in Hanoi. We just dropped by this travel agent when wandering around Hanoi Old Old Quarter to ask for a map of this area, and we were attracted by their smiles and the nice talks. As a result, we booked all tours to Halong Bay, Hoalu Tam Coc, Sapa 2 day 1 night tour, Ha Giang tour with them. All the tours were on time and very organized. Took a street food walking tour with this company. Our guide Oliver was very knowledgeable and nice. He explained everything we wanted to know and answered a lot of our questions we had in relation to food and general life in Hanoi. The food we tried was tasty, and you'll definitely get full before topping it all off with a famous egg coffee (or egg chocolate).

We were offered this tour for free when booking 4 Halong bay tours with Penny of Vietnam Penny Travel (Penny Vietnam Travel ?) at 103 Ma May Street in the Old Quarter. We knew her via our friends who have done the tour with them already. The tour was started at 8 am in the morning from our hotel. Our guide-Handsome Dave was very considerate when telling us how to use bicycle safely in the chaotic city like Hanoi in particular, and Vietnam in general, this made us easy to drive with his tips. The first stop was at Ho Chi Minh complex, where we learnt a lot about Vietnamese great president in the old day, and we definitely understood why Vietnamese citizen has been loved him so far. We continued our tour by cycling to West Lake- the biggest lake of Hanoi, and visited Tran Quoc Pagoda for 20 minutes to learn about Vietnamese Buddism. We also stopped by Long Bien Bridge, Red Riverside before cycling 13 km to Bat Trang Ceramic Village. There are several way to get to this village such as taking bus number 47 from Long Bien city Bus Station or going here by motorbike, but biking is the best way to see the scenery around. We even visited Opera House before finishing this tour. We highly recommend this Hanoi Biking Tour for anyone who wants to slowly enjoy this city.Just do it.
