My Haolong guide was so personable and funny, the lunch was amazing and we stopped at an oyster facility, cruise and to the top of Top mountain with time for swimming after. We got lucky with the weather so please check that and also bring flip flops and a change of clothes as well as sports shoes for the mountain. Trang An was so beautiful as you are on the river for about 2 hours so you have more time to enjoy the nature. You also stop by a new Buddhist temple with 502 Buddha statues, a lotus pond and see some amazing views of Nin Binh from the top of the mountain. Very well organised. Good to choose a tour without too many people on your trip maybe max about 20. She offers tours from multiple companies so check the differences between the bus type, the lunch and the boat capacity to fit your needs. Make sure you have energy and are well rested as you fit a lot in!

Hien, hope spelling it right. She was great in service. We not just booked our tours with her for ha long and ninh binh but also received better exchange rates then anyone else. She works from early mornings to late 11pm everyday and if you want to book last minute tour rides, she is up For it.

My family have been in Hanoi for 1 week and discovered this place on way to night markets. Primarily this business is a tour agency but they also have a restaurant with a very extensive menu of Western and local cuisine. We decided to give it a try. We all had fantastic meals, great chicken portion sizes and very tasty. Very satisfied and the 2 for 1 beers a bonus. Shame we leaving tomorrow. Check it out you won't be disappointed. The staff were all so friendly and spoke English aswell. More westerners arrived as we left so the word must have got around.
