Took 15 minutes in the drive thru between the speaker and window to give them my order 4 times. Then after I paid told me they didn't have items in my order and couldn't give me a refund because they dont know how to so I was offered other things on the menu. I didn't want anything else so they said they will have a supervisor call me and I haven't heard anything. So if you're interested in just handing over your money for free stop by this location

I've been here a few times now. I always go inside so I can't say anything about the drive thru, but the service inside has been great every time. It's a newer Dunkin Donuts so the inside looks really nice. It's always very clean and I'm in and out within a couple minutes, even when it's busy. Their donuts and muffins are very fresh. The only thing is that if you're going south on Rt 53 toward Irving, trying to get into the lot can be a pain because of the median. You have to make a u-turn (yes, it's legal there). Other than that the location is very convenient and I've had a great experience every time!

Worst experience. was in drive thru line for 30 mins for coffee in the morning and was barely any cars. Was late to worst. It is always like that here and it’s unprofessional all the way around

Very rude customer service. Trying to place an order through drive through and guy was screaming and gave me a little attitude. Not my fault your headset doesn’t work. Based on the reviews about this guy, I’m not the only one

Four times i drove thru for breakfast. But everytime they were out of white milk. I like milk with my donuts. How long does it take to place an order for white milk.

There are two Dunkin Donuts each within a mile and a half of my house. One of them is close to Remodeling and the other one on Rolling Road and Irving Park Road seems to be closed for absolutely no reason at all.

This location has one of the nicest staffs around. They were friendly, courteous and had their faces. Restaurant was clean and the product was fresh and delicious!

My favorite worker, Margie, left she was super sweet. They said she moved. I'm sad she did. Another girl, she was a blonde with glasses. I believe her name was Nicole or something along those lines. Two very sweet hardworking girls. Some of the workers are not very polite, let alone try.
