I rented the private party package. It’s so expensive for the place to not be up to par. I don’t know why adults have to pay if we can’t do anything. We paid 450 for a private party for two hours. That’s not enough time so we paid another 200 for a hour. Even though the lady is nice I think the place is soooo expensive. After the party she still tried to charge 10 per kid and adults free like it was a deal . I’ll rather we all showed up to pay per child and did something else . The mall was so empty it was not a good look for people who came out of town . The toys were dirty looking and didn’t work (some) . They said my daughter can be on the bumper car and she never got her ride . It was only free for her for five minutes and other kids had to pay . Many of the things you can buy from Walmart . Have your own party of go somewhere else . You had to pay a dollar for massage chair that looked old . The hurricane stimulation that cost 2 . My party never received juices that was apart of package. We just received coffee. I support small businesses but I feel cheated. The experience was not that great . Update : of course your employee would say that . I was not given juices or bumper car ride . Your feelings have nothing to do with business or money . So, you being shocked has nothing to do with the party package. You never tried to fix it. You continued to stand on your foolishness. I’m glad everyone can see how full of it you are. I have no reason to lie . Please don’t spend your money here on a party package. The owner is delusional and greedy. The employee is a liar . I stand on what I said the place is dirty and some toys don’t work . My party was there on time and signed in on time. See how expensive it is and you guarantee me the place would be up to par .

Love the place and the older gentleman that there. You can tell he loves kids. The lady that is there on his days off. Not so much. You can tell she the owner right off the bat. Her demener is all about the money!! She runs right up you with her hand practically out. Like you're suppose to pay as so as you walk up and she not very friendly. She gives bad vibes to even the adults.

This place is so much fun! My kids love it here. We spent 3 hours there today and we have no complaints. I highly suggest this place for parents with toddlers who need to burn some energy. Especially on rainy or cold days. I’d also like to mention how sweet Zoya is. She made sure we were happy, and anytime the kids would cry she was on alert asking if they were okay or needed something. She even did a small bubble party for the kids! 10/10 ✨⭐️

We have come here a few times. My kids love it here. It is small so from any seat I can see them. And there is enough variety of stuff to do and play with that we easily spend 2 hrs here. The price is pretty good as well considering how long we spend there. And it never really feels super crowded. The workers are friendly and genuinely want the kids to have a great time there.

I have no problems with this place. He has a massage chair in there for us parents while the kids run wild. Unfortunately there still no photos cause my phone died. But my 5 year old had a blast. All of the kids that were there pretty much played together off the bat like they were long time friends. It was a sight to see. Ball pit, bouncy house, slides and a rideable train track. Price was fair too

We had a Birthday party of our two daughters (1 and 4 years, their bdays close to each other😄). I found this place just perfect for our party, because there are small cozy private room inside the playground area, where you can share food, cake and sing “happy birthday song” with your guests in private. The room was already decorated for us, it was very sweet. Children of all ages from 1 to 7 years old, boys and girls were interested in the play zone, everyone found activities according to their interests. The man named Mike was very nice to us. I was speaking with the owner Zoya and Slava on the phone, they are very kind, polite and attentive people, interested in ensuring that all their clients are satisfied. Thank you so much☺️🙏🏻✨

Amazing place to give your kids some really fun time, specially in winter. We also rented their space to celebrate our kid birthday party! Really nice space, enough room to celebrate with family and friends. There’s pizza and drinks included in some packages! We really love it. Also there’s a reward program so you can get a free day. 100 recommended! Also there’s a space for parents to take some rest while you watch your kids. The team is also very amazing and excellent customer service.

I was searching for a place to have my 2 year old son’s party at. This was the only place that was not only affordable but was very clean, nice, fun and accommodating, I could find. Zoya was such a great host and such a sweet women! I had a private event for 3 hours and the time flew by with all the fun the kids were having ! The bubble party was also a success with all the kids there. It was a machine that blew out bubbles while music was playing in the background. I found myself trying to catch a bubble or 2. The guest loved it here! Worth it!!!! The place is bigger than the pictures I posted but these were the ones I had without the full party in the pictures. Thanks for a great time !
