We chose this place based on the reviews to take some out of town guests for an escape room experience. Unfortunately, the reviews did not reflect our experience at all. I’ve been to many escape rooms, but I could tell from the start that this was a budget escape room charging premium escape room prices. Before we were brought into our room, another group arrived and the staff quickly realized that they double booked the same room. We had already paid but were happy to get our money back before we started. The staff members instead arranged for us to have a “speed run” before the next booking. We did the Lab and although it had many puzzles, it was overall lacking theme and structure and didn’t provide the believability needed to really enjoy yourself. That we could have probably gotten over, but every time we were close to figuring a clue out, a staff member came on the walkie talkie giving us hints and clues. This happened at least 8 times and completely took us by surprise. Normally you have to request a clue but it was clear they needed us out before their next booking. We ended up getting out in 40 mins but none of us enjoyed ourselves. To pay $30 per person and be rushed/given answers really wasn’t enjoyable. Will not be returning or recommending.

we had so much fun! i’ve been looking for an escape room to take the kiddos to all summer. they’ve been requesting one, but as they are 8 and 10, i didn’t want them to get too frustrated with the long ones. I’m so happy that we found challenge accepted! there are escape rooms for all levels, with different time limits! we came for one room, and ended up doing 2 the kids had so much fun! we did the 20 minute rooms as it was our first time trying something like this. the staff was SO nice and accommodating, and even helped us with choosing appropriate rooms. we solved both of them, with only seconds to spare! very rewarding for kids, and i had fun too!! we will definitely be back!

This was our first experience with an escape room so I don't have anything to compare it to. I thought it was great. I took my daughter and a friend (13 yo and 12 yo) here for a 20 minute escape room. They had so much fun! I was in the room and offered advice when they asked but otherwise just stayed out of their way. They did figure it out with 2 minutes remaining. I liked that when you get down to 5 minutes it starts to give you clues. It was a fun weekend activity.

We have done multiple rooms here. Lots of fun. My kids who are 11 and 16 go with us. We have been going for a few years now and have tried each of the different length rooms. The 20min rooms are great for younger kids. The hour long ones are challenging. Definitely recommend and will be going back for more!

Great, great, great and more great. We went as a family, five of us. Only two were really excited to try this out while the other three were indifferent. We tried the 20 minute pirate treasure one. Before going, check out their website, it's super informative and will give you all the info needed for you to decide which adventure will work for you. Anyways, we're all pretty much clueless on what to do. When we got really stuck, there was someone over the speaker to help with additional clues (grateful! As we were clueless). We were successful (to all of our surprise) and that turned out to be the funnest 20 minutes ever. So worth the price and definitely worth the memories! As one of the skeptical three, I have to say, if you're on the fence, just do it. It's way more fun than you could ever imagine and actually a cool bonding experience.

I've done two rooms here, Granny's Creepy Secret & The Office. I've rated the rooms first, but the paragraph about the staff is why I only gave it 2 stars. Our first experience with Granny's secret & our game master was great. We had fun and even though we didn't make it out on time, they weren't busy and let us keep on playing until we got it. We had one issue where a key malfunctioned, but the game master came in and just opened it for us. The second room, the Office was disappointing. The whole room was pretty bare and all we did was look for keys and answered math problems. Not a lot of variety. I would not recommend! The real reason I only gave two stars was because of our game master for The Office. Even though we got out on time, his treatment of us left us all feeling low and defeated! He was condescending, argumentative and a bit unprofessional. When we were given clues, they'd be judgmental like "you should have opened it by now" and it made us feel stupid. We accidentally broke a lock and we could hear him from other side of the door swearing and got mad at us. At the end of the game, I tried to give him a little piece of feedback about one clue being difficult to understand and he just brushed it off saying it's fine and it's me. I will say I called and gave them this feedback and they were open to hearing it. They tried to comp me with a free room, but I told them that I won't be coming back

These games are challenging and fun. My husband and I escaped a 20 minute room with only a few minutes left. The people running the rooms are friendly and we had a great time. I will definitely go back and try another room.

I went with a group of 5. It was a fun time for all of us. Took almost the whole hour to complete it. Good & easy to follow directions given to us by attendant. Very polite. Highly recommended.

GREAT ESCAPE ROOM BUSINESS!! Me and my friend played gangsters safe house, and the witch room. Both had great puzzles and was very well immersed. Also shout out Anya, Rachel for being the best game masters!! 10/10 we are definitely coming back!

I loved this place! As someone who does escape rooms often all the puzzles are engaging, there really wasn't a moment were I felt not immersed. The puzzles are clever and fun and are the perfect difficulty not too hard and not too easy. So if you have never played an eacape room or even if you have I definantly reccomend giving this place a visit.
