We placed our order on September 5th and was ready for delivery on October 27th. The communication from the time we walked in the front door til the day of delivery was outstanding. We got an email with videos during every step of the manufacturing process. Joe in Schaumburg was very pleasant to work with, not at all high pressure and available to answer our many questions. This is our first hot tub and it could have been a nerve wracking experience but Joe and Aqua Living made it great as buying something like this should be. We are very excited to have our new hot tub and look forward to many happy years with it. I would highly recommend them!

Let me start with my first meeting with Joe I had a gut feeling he was a stand up guy. We bought the Hot Tub that had everything e wanted. A couple weeks later an Email came on the status of the build which was awesome. Product delivered still in awe. Fast forward some issues with the tub, and dealing with a dysfunctional LPI customer service. If it wasn’t for Joe with Aqua Living outlet in Schaumburg stepping in I don’t know if anything would get solved. Joe came out took photos and video, really went the extra mile. All in all the Hot Tub is awesome Joe is awesome.

Very Happy with my hot tub. Bought a G7 because I wanted the extra room, no lounger. Very comfortable spa. Highly recommend! Update - Had a service issue with my pump. Just wanted to share my experience. Looks like it was just a setting service helped me fix over the phone. Joe appreciate your help!

I really wanted to give the store a higher rating but the difficulty we experienced with our missing and faulty order has been frustrating and still unresolved. Joe, the store manager, was great when we visited in the Fall of 2022 in Schaumburg, IL. We ordered the a hot tub and a cover lift for my mother. The hot tub arrived as expected but they never delivered the cover lift. We spent 6 months calling the store/manager as well as the headquarters to inquire about the missing piece. We were consistently met with false promises and follow ups that never happened. They explained that their ordering system failed and was soon to be fixed. After another round of calls in May of 2023, they finally shipped and delivered the missing part of our order. Unpon unpacking the box, which seemed to resemble a resturned item due to its condition, we realized the order was missing several pieces in box. We are now back to square one. While they did a great job with the hot tub but PLEASE be careful on ordering anything extra.

Highly recommend Aqua Living and Joe! We tried other hot tub sales stores and Just wasn't impressed we were able to purchase the tub of our dreams and within our price range The options and pricing offered by aqua living are second to none!

Cannot tell you how pleased we are with the purchase of this hot tub. We have been notified from the day it was built to the day it was shipped. They sent us pictures every step of the way. You can’t beat the value and price. We have been looking for some time and aqua living was by far the best price. I would highly recommend buying from this company.
