The restaurant has free parking and at the time of my visit, there were not a lot of people there. The guy at the register suggested a couple of different options and they were good. He brought the food to my table when it was ready. The food was warm and with good flavor. I think ill come back to try other things.

Garbage restaurant serving garbage food! Never been to Culver's before and will never go there again. I stopped for a quick something because my 2 year old daughter was hungry. She is a good eater, but this time she spit out every single piece of kids' meal. Cheesy broccoli soup tasted like sewer. The chicken sandwich I got was dry. I kept being asked about some sauce multiple times for my sandwich and chicken fingers, and all we got was a little packet of ketchup for the fries. We didn't even bother getting ice cream, since there weren't many flavor choices. Later that night I got really sick to my stomach. It's funny that the review asks to rate the atmosphere. Well, it was not very pleasant. Everyone eating at this establishment was morbidly obese or mentally challenged. We were surrounded by people with greasy hair, tattoos and piercings and not too many teeth. We literally visited HELL today. This chain is a disgrace to the American food industry.

I enter into the restaurant, I order a medium fry and a drink. Im meeting up with a friend and was not hungry. I sit down and see other people getting food. I wait for 10 long minutes for one order of fries. I receive it expecting to be cold. I take a bite and it was the most crispy hot fry I have ever eaten. 10/10

Only half the stars because they only get my order correct half the time. I let them know and they are always polite and apologetic and offer to replace it or mail me a "free meal" coupon, but it's not always convenient to drive back there to pick up food again and honestly free meal coupons are useless to me because I ordered food to be able to eat NOW. A free meal next time doesn't give me the dinner I needed tonight. I had been going here relatively often because it's near my home, but I'm frustrated to the point I'm just going to be getting my quick meals elsewhere.

Usually busy, but a great regional staple. Custard is great and the add-ins really stand out. Prices are reasonable - these days, a better value than the McDonalds in each direction. Also, pretty much every weekend there's an auto show here so that's a unique plus.

This location was clean. The staff were very friendly and provided great service. The food was great and the drinks were delicious. There frozen custard is awesome. I had the Mushroom Swiss Burger, and I loved it. We will definitely be back for future meals.

I went to this culvers through the drive through, and I was struggling on what to order for me and my friends. The gentleman working the drive through line (I think his name was Ibrahim) was very kind and helpful! He helped me sort out what I should get for me and my friends and was polite throughout! Great experience 10/10!!!

I quit coming to Culver’s because they served Pepsi products. Decided to go because an out-of-town friend was with me and wanted to go. Imagine my surprise and joy when I saw they switched to coke products!!! Had an excellent meal and the Diet Coke was delicious. And a shout out to Amy, the general manager, who is doing an outstanding job!!

Culver's has hands down the best burger in all of fast food and fast casual restaurants. The main reason being that these are actually smash burgers and impart a ton of delicious flavors just from cooking it until it's got that delicious browned crust on the sides. Their process works and I've always had a juicy smash burger here. Swear I get these once a week.

Great quality food. My favorite is the Spicy Chicken Sandwich value basket with a side of cheese sauce. Even if the restaurant is slammed, the drive thru wait is never too long. The restaurant does a great job with the service.

They work hard. Always fresh. Have nothing bad to say. Even when they're a little busy you know they're trying to pump it out. I just sit and wait for my delicious three-piece cod dinner. Meanwhile, I do the survey and I get a free dessert

Drive thru experience has always been great. I have an early lunch break and though the restaurant has just opened when I arrive, they are ready and my order comes quickly. They are always friendly, too

Culver's is great and the food is tasty. The fish baskets are phenomenal. Their frozen custard is awesome. The restaurant is always very clean and the service is excellent. I love Culvers.....carry on!

Very friendly service with a smile and orders are always accurate and moderately fast I assume because they don't flash fry their food and is cooked to order.

I got a double butter burger with cheese. I was wrapped up in my conversation, so I didn't realize the sandwich was already cold and the cheese never melted so it seems the cheese was added to a cold sandwich that was maybe pre-made for lunch and just waiting for too long. I expected a hot, melt in your mouth experience that I was used to but this was more of a cold/dry, left over feel. I know some burger places would stick such sandwich into a microwave for a few seconds, this would have been preferable. Also, there was crisp bacon in it, which I didn't order so maybe I got someone else's order. Second issue: I got a plain cup of water from the soda dispenser, but the water tasted awful - like mold or dust, can't really describe it. Maybe the system needs cleaning, the filter needs to be changed, or both. On the positive side, the restaurant and restroom were very clean and I like your fish and vegetarian options that were available for my friend. I still like Culver's - I hope next time I visit you will fix the water dispenser and if my burger is cold and cheese not melted then I will ask the staff to fix it before I bite into it.

These must be the most friendly workers in a fast food environment! Everyone was polite a courteous from the workers who are boomers (like us), to the Millenials to the gen-Z's. Great job on service and the food is always great.

Not happy. I have never had a problem with this location ever. Great food and service but that has changed. I don't want to air out my problem on Google but if you want to hear about it send me an email link.

Their meat patties felt greasier than others. That is what gives them more flavor. The deluxe had two patties plus a good slice of American cheese. Ingredients were very fresh. Their deluxe is good to have if looking for a good burger but not have too often if watching your diet. Similar review to their concrete mixer shakes.

I went there for some ice cream. Used the drive thru. Order was taken promptly and my custom sundae was waiting for me when I pulled up to the window. Really good ice cream.

Custard is always good, but the concrete mixer and sunday was really soft and melted before we got it. It was good but both were more of a thin shake than an item eaten with a spoon

Culver's offers good fast food at a reasonable price. I ordered two Cod sandwiches and a crispy chicken sandwich. Food was served hot and tasty.

My sandwich was great as expected, but they have go to learn how to correctly make it. This is the 2nd time they have made it incorrectly in about 2-3 months. I even repeated the order at the window and the miss took off her headphones to make sure she heard me which was appreciated, actually. Please try to do better, you guys. I’m impressed that you have had 962 people review you. That’s amazing!

Tried dining in today since it’s been awhile since we’ve eaten inside. Restaurant was clean and employees were super friendly. We ordered and then sat down. They then delivered our food and to our surprise she cleaned up the straw wrappers and asked us if we needed anything else. Great service!!

I've been going here for the past 3 years now and let me tell you, it's the best fast food burger chain I've ever had. The burgers are always fresh and taste amazing. Oh, and the cheese curds. Those are so good, I'd buy a whole box of them if I could! The ice cream is also really nice too!!! Concrete mixers are the best.

One of the best fast food places in the area, and I'm not usually a fan of fast food. Their custard is also incredible and can be purchased by the pint or quart. Never had problems at this location with service and food is always hot when I get it.

The young lady and two gentlemen went above and beyond with service. They were incredibly polite and made my order fantastic!

Chicken sandwich was amazing. Fries were amazing. Chili tasted sour like it was expired. Mashed potatoes seemed beyond it's expiration date too. I had to throw half our food out. I've never had problems with freshness with other Culver's before. This is the last time I try this particular location.

Ordered a mushroom swiss burger that barely had any mushrooms on there. For the price it should've been better. Definitely disappointed.

I can't stop coming here. Keep up the good work love how their hamburger taste. It doesn't sit heavy on your stomach. Taste better then McDonald to me and I love love love their strawberry shake. Fries could be better.

Used to come here often but it has been years since I’ve stopped by. Can’t go wrong with the wonderful frozen custards. I particularly like their onion rings, each one just fried right and sweet. The cheese curds were yummy, hadn’t had tried them before. The Cod is always fluffy and battered right, although I found the roll to be a bit cold and soggy. The restaurant was clean and everyone friendly. Like most chains it’s all about the standards the management has in place as the place is mostly run by high schoolers, so experience could vary. The experience we had on the last visit was exceptional. Culver’s made a great choice of choosing Tyler on their team and they are fortunate to have him on their team, he provided excellent service to everyone at the store, he has the talent and aptitude to be a great manager and go places in the hospitality industry.

Normally food is very good from that location, I am assuming they have new trainees. My side of loaded mashed potatoes came in with pecans in place of the bacon! Unless that's the new food trend.....

This Culver's service was great! From the person taking our orders, to the person voluntarily bussing away our trays, this place must take a page from Chick-Fil-A's pleasurable service. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, which is always moist and on-point, along with an order of chicken tenders. The chicken tenders are always cartilage-free, although at times, I did get a chewy skin in it. But meh, still better than cartilage. The strawberry concrete mixer was great, and best of all, they have light sugar-free lemonade! You don't know, but its hard to find some good diet lemonade, besides Chick-Fil-A, so when you find one, you find one. Crinkle fries is better than straight fries and butter buns are always tasty. The dining area was rather spacious, so if you're into socially distancing, this place is the way to go. Interestingly, I didn't see any outdoor seating area. BATHROOM REVIEW: Located near the front, nothing stood out about this bathroom, which isn't always bad. Overall, what you expect. Sit or squat? Squat.

The Culver's in our area, has daily specials. My favorite is on Saturdays you can buy 1 pint & get one Free Of any of their flavors in the freezer section. It's a great way to try new flavors and yet get your favor flavor at the same time for the price of 1. I'm not sure if this is offered at all colors you'd have to call your local place. The staff there is always great and very friendly!

We go here pretty often because it's really close to our house. Food is consistently good. The people that work here are always polite and helpful. They can get pretty busy so sometimes the drive thru lines can get long but they do their best to get your food as quickly as possible.

The only reliable option is the cheese curds. If you ask for no pickles on your burger, it's a 50/50 shot on whether you'll actually get that. Concretes feel like they've gone downhill at this location. They're mediocre at best. Recently ordered a salted caramel concrete and it just tasted like vanilla custard. You could see the caramel lining the inside of the cup, but they didn't mix any of that into the actual custard, so why would I order a caramel concrete without being able to taste the caramel? Something has been wrong with my order the past 4 times I've gone. If you call and say your drive-thru order was wrong, to their credit, they'll give you a free meal, but I never know if THAT'S going to be right. I don't think I'll be going back, which is a shame, because it used to be above the average fast-food.

Food was hot and tasty. They took the usual amount of time to prep, as Culvers usually takes a bit longer than other fast food drive -ups, but worth the taste.

We love to come here after church. It's always clean and everyone is nice and helpful. The Butter Burgers are AWESOME!

I specifically ordered a chili Supreme with no onions and sour cream on the side... Guess it's opposite day plus no sour cream. Messed up my dinner for tonight.
