I'm not a seafood person but the shrimp was amazing they looked like chicken tenders (the size) I totally recommend this place the service of the ladies was really nice for the first time going definitely coming back

Tried the jumbo golf shrimp, Chicago golf shrimp and fish chips. All were delicious. My favorite of the three was the jumbo golf shrimp. It had a crispy light batter and perfectly fried. I was impressed that they were not greasy and had had a nice crunch. I'm all about the shrimp and not the breading. Best fried shrimp around, for sure! Thanks, Pablo.

Yum!! I've been hearing so many people talk about this place, I had to try it! I got the chicago gulf shrimp and some hush puppies. Fantastic! Big suckers, nice and crispy! Thanks for the great food and friendly service!

This counter service restaurant fries almost everything on the menu, and you can order in 1/4 pound increments to fit your appetite. There are a few tables if you want to eat there or start eating in the car. The regular shrimp are big enough, and the Chicago-style has a slight garlic flavor. Scallops need to be eaten carefully as they are quite juicy. The crunchy hush puppies are a meal by themselves. The staff are always organized and work as quickly as the fryers will let them.

It's not anything more than a fast food atmosphere wirh tables and not anything less than I expected. The Jumbo Shrimp were perfect and believe the are batter dipped but not greasyat all..... VERY good and worth every penny!! All meat with the Jumbo Gulf Shrimp I couldn't even say there was a tail on them!!!

Had Christmas Eve dinner here... absolutely delicious 😋. Large selection to choose from, including side dishes. Love this store.

Chanel is kind and provided excellent customer service. This was my very first experience with Frank's Chicago Shrimp. Prior to ordering, I had decided to ask Chanel a few questions. She answered them with professionalism and patience. I ordered a quarter pound (1/4lbs) of the Chicago fried shrimp. She then told me that it would be a few minutes and I said "awesome I'm going to step next door real quick". When I returned to the restaurant, Chanel greeted me and said "hey by the way I overcooked the shrimp by a couple of seconds however I'm cooking you another batch." I was taking aback because I did not expect that at all. Chanel went above what she was supposed to do and she was very honest. She could have easily given me the 'slightly' overcooked seafood but she didn't. And to make this even better experience she gave me both orders. As for the fried shrimp, they were delicious! Thank you Chanel.

Jumbo shrimps and large and tasty. Mag N cheese bites were OK. Pricing is very fair. I'll come back if I'm in the neighborhood.

I ordered two pounds of catfish claims onion rings French Fries and onion rings. To start off I was not aware that all the food is cooked in the same grease. With that being said some in our home were not able to eat the food due to a shell fish allergy. I asked for a refund and the management said there was nothing that they could do. For those of us who were able to eat the food we were very dissatisfied. The catfish did not taste like catfish and it had a very fishy taste and odor. The claims tasted like they were frozen claims that came out a box. The onion rings were greasy leaving a greasy film in out mouths. We had to throw all the food in the trash because it was not edible. This was by far some of the worse fish I have ever tasted. This was a wasted 50 dollars.

My new favorite calamari place ! Hush puppies are delicious too!

I love theses shrimp I get the Chicago Style Shrimp which have more season to it and I like the hot mild sauce which is like a bbq sauce and the mini macaroni bites are so good
