Dr Natasha Patel is without question, the best pediatrician in the northwest suburbs! She is thorough, attentive, caring and VERY RESPONSIVE. We are new parents, and had an urgent question about something with our daughter, Dr Patel called us back in barely 5 minutes. I can’t tell you how happy and at ease we are to have chosen her. Their online interface is very user friendly to manage appointments, and they are a very easy commute. Dr Natasha Patel is the best!!

First of all this review is not about the doctor herself. Dr. Patel is awesome. But the front office is horrible. They do not pickup pre-appointment calls when calling from parking lot as part of Covid-19 protocol. Look at the pic and see how weighing scale is positioned. It is right under the cabinets. Questionable. Chances are high that child's head gets bumped. Speaking about delays... I would rather not talk about it. Not at all satisfied with the way I was treated by the staff. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Dr. Utsahi Patel is an awesome, kind, incredibly knowledgeable doctor. She’s helped my wife and I successfully navigate several health concerns with our soon-to-be two year old and has already helped significantly in the first couple of hospital visits with our newborn. We’ll be taking our boys to her office for years to come. We can’t recommend her enough.

We have been seeing Dr. Patel since our daughter was born and have nothing but positive things to say about the care she has received. Dr. Utsahi did the initial hospital visit and was incredible with our baby. She is extremely knowledgeable and warm, and was also able to help us through some initial challenges attempting to breastfeed. We have been in to see the doctor multiple times and have always been able to schedule appointments easily. We will definitely be bringing any/all future children to see Dr. Patel.

We switched to Dr. Patel for our first baby after our first pediatrician had let us down tremendously. Dr. Patel acknowledged all of our concerns right away, took so much time to address each one and explain the etiology behind everything. She has made room for us to come in on some of the hardest days with a colicky newborn when we felt like nothing was working. We spent 12 weeks trying different formulas, different medications, seeing specialists and not once during that entire time did Dr. Patel tell us there was nothing left to do. She always had a back up plan to try if the initial plan didn’t work. We can’t thank her enough for how much she has done for us and our baby during the hardest parts of the newborn stage! Dr. Patel is THE doctor that you want taking care of your children! Also her receptionists and nurses are the absolute sweetest and always make our visit so easy and enjoyable!

Dr. Utsahi Patel is the most amazing doctor, she is so detailed, she has always listened to my concerns and provided the best care. I have been able to get her attention every time there is a need. She has been great help in raising my kid the right way. She is so gentle, fun-loving and caring with kids that my daughter always asks about her and wants to see her. We have been so lucky to find Dr. Patel.

Dr. Patel is very detailed, and takes time to ensure she understands our concern and ensures the I as the parent/child is really well educated on the treatment plan.

Dr Utsahi Patel and her team is the best. She always gives us her full attention and listens to our concerns before treatment. Her team's interaction with our daughter is so nice, they know how to make her comfortable for checkup. They follow all the Covid norms, we feel very safe visiting her. Quick response on patient portal. Never had any billing issues in last 3 years. Very nice person. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Utsahi Patel is very knowledgebale, always patient with us, and takes time to answer to all our questions. We can tell that she loves children very much. My daughter is very fond of her and always looks forward to see her. The only thing I struggle is to get good times for appointments.

Dr. Utsahi Patel is the most amazing and trustworthy doctor I have ever seen! Both me and my sister have scoliosis and we were in a very stressful situation. All the orthopedic doctors we went to said that surgery was the only way to fix our scoliosis. Dr. Patel was the only doctor who proposed a precise solution that would be a permanent fix with no prolonged pain or restricted mobility, unlike surgery. She didn’t just tell us a solution, but also explained the root cause of why both of us developed scoliosis. Her professional ethic is embedded in her everyday life and is very dedicated to her service. We are through almost a year of treatment now and the front desk and Dr. Patel has been with us every step of the way. We can communicate with her whenever we need and she will respond so quickly. Dr. Patel also explains whatever she does which not only makes me and my sister feel comfortable, but my parents as well. We are able to learn a lot from Dr. Patel and we love the whole team so much!
