Members of the community that frequently visit this place were constantly mean to my semi-autistic brother. They would often bully him during games to the point of upsetting him. After he called them out on this toxic behavior the community then went to the store owners, who instead of talking to my brother and trying to find out both sides of the story, instantly banned him from the store. This store not only fosters but will encourage a toxic community, in order to protect its regular customers. Do not visit this store.

This place could not be run by any worse of people. The workers and customers of this shop enjoyed bullying a family member who is on the spectrum. This place is an absolute disgrace and if you are looking for a fun and safe place to go to play games, DO NOT GO HERE! It is sad to see that the people here could act so unprofessional and treat people with such disrespect.

This is the first shop I went to buy magic cards and the first place I played at publicly. The community and ownership has always been very welcoming and accommodating while focusing on an enjoyable and safe environment for all sorts of different people and different games. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone getting into these hobbies.

Extremely friendly, great community for all, even newer players. Huge variety of stock including books, paints, paint supplies, bagging supplies, miniatures, TCGs, and more. Lots of events (could use an online calendar for these honestly) and great space for playing.

Staff is very welcoming. Cool place to play MTG. They also have a decent single collection, which is awesome when you need a last minute card for an RCQ or something.

If people have complaints, it's gotta be a them issue. I've never had any issues with anyone whome works here and I have had some wonky requests and questions. This place is well stocked and the staff are nothing but helpful, and will tell you if they aren't sure of the answer to something but TRY to find the answer. Good folk.

Great place for Battletech, MTG, Star Wars Legion as well at Warhammer! Friendly staff and friendly players as well.

I just purchased 2 sets of dice and an MTG single and I am honestly blown away. I just checked my email and saw that the emailed receipt included pictures of the exact dice I bought and the single. I'm sure you were able to download and adapt some sort of repository of mtg cards (which alone is going the extra mile) but for the dice I imagine that you had to photograph and log all of the different color variations!? The only Brick and mortar stores I can think of that email me a receipt with photos and hyperlinks is Best buy and Microcenter, which are billion dollar companies. If this is a huge company owned by some hedge fund please let me know, otherwise this has set the bar for all small brick and mortar stores in my book.
