    Jewel. Friendly neighborhood grocery. May soon be a thing of yesteryear. Update: Friendly? What happened?!! Pharmacy needs a lesson in communication. In sitting there waiting for my flu shot, someone comes up and same as me no appointment. They get registered and are told 20 minutes. Me: what?? I ask and yes there is a wait maybe 15 minutes. Mind you I called before and could have requested an appointment or another day. A smile really does not hurt.

    I find most of my Vegan groceries here and I love the app because I save so much! This is my favorite Vegan cake that is ordered in. Love when it's available! Use the app to save before you go! Most recently it seems like they have hired new staff and they are a lot less friendly

    No matter what day or time of day, you can bet on your groceries getting smashed. The baggers here are terrible. I don't know why proper training is not given. And beware of the multiple pallets in the dairy aisle all the time that causes havoc getting through.This store makes for an unpleasant shopping experience. Prices are already hard to tackle and now you have to worry about bread bagged under canned items and fruit on the bottom with heavy items on top! Guess Woodman's can teach this store a few things!So stressed!!

    I brought jackfruit, apples etc. from this store for years but lately, their fruits are not as good as before. Last 6 months, every single batch of fruits I brought, more than 50% of them went into the garbage because they were all brown inside. At one time the whole bag of organic apples were brown inside. Enough money being wasted and I decided not to take the lost and trying to return a $9.30 jackfruit (went from not ripe straight to rotten). This was the1st time I had seen a blue/purple meat jackfruit. It took me 3 trips/2 days to the store for the customer service to tell me that they won't take it back. I will not spend any more of my hard working money to buy their rotten fruits.

    I wanted to get cash back but because I tapped my Discover card rather than scan it, they told me I couldn't. I can't understand why that would matter. Customer service couldn't help either.

    Iā€™m giving Jewel 5 stars for the seafood department having fresh seafood. Great sales on Crab legs, and lobster tails off and on Thru out the year. The butchers are very nice and helpful. Iā€™m there quite often for the sales and ForU items.

    This Jewel is cleaner and better stocked than other Jewel stores. A big shout out to the manager.
