Very
poor
professionalism
and
managing
of
this
property.
Prior
to
checking
in,
we
had
asked
for
the
mobile
key.
They
said
I
couldn’t
get
it
because
I
had
to
give
a
card
on
file,
even
though
I
already
had
one
on
file.
They
argued
with
me
and
said
they
couldn’t
offer
contactless
check-in,
but
they
advertise
it
and
I’ve
used
in
innumerable
times
before.
Turns
out
they
CAN
and
they
DID!
So
we
were
able
to
use
our
mobile
key
without
stopping
at
the
front
desk.
Why
say
you
can’t
when
you
can??
Upon
opening
the
door
to
our
room,
it
was
not
serviced.
There
was
garbage
on
the
floor,
the
beds
were
slept
in,
etc.
I
was
appalled
as
we’ve
been
using
Marriotts
for
decades
and
never
encountered
a
problem
like
this.
They
apologized
and
gave
us
a
new
room
on
a
new
floor.
Later
into
our
stay,
I
requested
our
room
be
serviced
while
we
were
gone
since
we
were
staying
three
nights,
and
they
assured
us
it
would
be.
Got
back
that
evening:
no
clean
towels,
no
emptied
garbage
cans,
or
made
beds.
Their
pool
was
closed,
but
they
had
us
use
a
neighboring
workout
facility’s
indoor
pool.
Appreciated,
yes.
Convenient
with
kids,
no.
Every
single
time
we
tried
to
charge
to
the
room,
we
were
met
with
indignation
from
a
different
employee
insisting
that
it
couldn’t
be
done,
and
yet
in
the
end
EVERY
TIME,
it
was
successful,
AND
we
were
overcharged
on
items!
I
wouldn’t
recommend
this
location.
There
are
plenty
of
other
options
nearby.
