If you are going for Driving related make sure you make an appointment. But the place is in good location, clean and a open atmosphere. Some shops have come and gone but the plaza still looks alive.

I would give it a 0 if I could. Their arrogant attitudes and services have never changed. Every time I have to go renew my DL or get a plate sticker, it's always so hard to have someone nice enough to answer your questions, or they just give you a dirty look. Getting pay from the government but actually received from the people's hard earned tax money must be so easy for them to just chew gums and joke around other people!

This place has Ross, DMV, a toy store, and Comcast so it stays packed. I believe the DMV is appointment only now but it's usually quick. Ross is ok their selection of clothes can be better. Comcast is also ok its a pretty quick trip. Parking can be very busy.

Make sure you schedule an appointment first before going. This is one of the few DMVs that you must schedule an appointment before being allowed entry. Other than that this DMV is very clean and has friendly staff. I've never had to wait longer than 20 min throughout the entire process.

I was shocked how easy it was to park and get in to get my license plate renewal.. the clerks were extremely nice. Very pleasant experience.

DMV in Schaumburg,IL. It was a breeze to get in front of the lines since they give priority to Seniors citizens although I didn't really look like a Senior! So, while I was walking in front of the people in line, they kind of gave me a look of why she got in so quick, kind of look. I spoke to the security guards and told them I'm Senior and gave me that look too! But they didn't hesitate to stop me or ask questions which is very good! I was in there for a quick service. A short line too! They are very organize and have people out of there really quick.

This locations requires appointment to renew your license, the line was short at 1pm. Could not renew 😡

Went to the DMV there is long Lanes but if you are just going for a stickers license renewal license plate renewal something simple just walk in the front of the line and tell him where you're going to go if it is a new driver's license new passport or something like that you'll have to wait or make an appointment

Got my permit! I play gta alot so im surprised that when i was driving, my dad said that it looks like ive been driving fir quite some time! And it was my first ride! Trust me, if the pedestrians in gta 5 were able to actully say something to us, they would have ALOT to say about me, and it woulden't be pretty.

Make an appointment. In and out within 30 minutes. All you have to do is look online for what documents are required and you get processed smoothly! I renewed my license, changed my address and got a Real ID. #Adulting

This is the Secretary of States office. This place is great. Clean, efficient, and filled with very helpful and friendly people. Well, except for one person. Perhaps they were just having a bad morning?

Spent 4 hours here and still didn't get through the whole place, so many great stores with great sales.

I tell you since the pandemic the DMV experience has greatly improved. The workers are pleasant, it is so organized. I went to the Schaumburg location today and was in before my appt. and out in 25 mins. I was even able to get a same day appt. Great job to all the workers involved in restructuring this process!👏
