This place is amazing. Owner is super sweet and the food felt homemade. Everything was delcious. The shrimp and fish were perfectly seasoned. For fried food it doesnt feel greasy at all. The sauces are also really good. Highly recommend paying extra for the tarter sauce ..has the perfect tang! We also got butter cookies and they assured us all desserts are made at the restaurant. They were really scrumptious. Cant wait to come back again.

I am pleasantly surprised to finally have a place that serves amazing fried fish in the burbs. The batter is light and crisp and the fish was perfect. I also had chicken wings and they were also cooked perfectly. Service was pleasant and even brought the food out to my car.

I had a craving for fried fish and chicken. B's did not disappoint! We loved everything. Wings, catfish, cod, shrimp, and fries were all done right. Even the tartar sauce was amazing. We can't wait to return and try more things from the menu. Food was ready fast.

Looking for a local minority business that has catfish and shrimp isn't easy unless you live in the city or close to it (where we travel when we're in the mood for this kind of food). Seen a lot of great reviews about this place and wanted to try it. The person taking our order was nice. The shrimp batter was salty and flaky, the chicken wings were dark...seems like they were cooked a little too long and I didn't eat them. The catfish was okay. The prices are higher than I want to pay.

First and foremost the place was not busy whatsoever which made it easier. The young up front name was Elizabeth, great customer service made sure was taking care of. The food was worth the wait not that I waited a long time. Most definitely will try to make my way back.

Food was fantastic. Staff was friendly and welcoming. We tried the jumbo shrimp, reg shrimp, perch, poppers, onion rings and Corn fritters. All of it was cooked fresh and I only waited 10 minutes for it all to be ready. Will be back soon for some catfish, sides, and desserts!!

I love this place! I ordered from here again tonight and I was not disappointed. The catfish is the best I have found in the Chicago area. We also ordered the cod and it was fantastic. I resisted the desert but it looks amazing. I will break down next time and get some. I highly recommend trying the food here. It is cooked to order and they are fast.

One of the best spots around. Everything is always cooked fresh and to perfection. They have special soul food plates on Sundays. Their wings are deliciously breaded and seasoned. I’ve never liked fish before trying their catfish sandwich! All around, overly exceptional food and service! :)

Family spot that does whole wing!!! Do it with their lemon pepper… Definitely going back again for their Sunday meal again. That was great and filling.

First time to this place and from the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and knew I would have a great experience! The owner was very friendly and patient:) the restaurant is very clean and it wasn’t a long wait time for fresh catfish and wings cooked to order !!! Mac and cheese is so creamy and flavorful! The food was fantastic! I had a large order because I was ordering for multiple family members. All together we had catfish, rib tips & links, dirty rice, macaroni, cole slaw, cabbage, spaghetti, sweet potatoes, black eye peas, peach cobbler and banana pudding. I can honestly say nothing was disappointing. I suspect you can't go wrong with anything on their menu. Everyone was impressed by how good their food was. All of the food was hot, fresh and delicious. Customer service was excellent and the staff was friendly and fast. Definitely returning & I highly recommend.

This has been been my first week at this amazing establishment, I’ve come back 5 times since my first experience. The fish has me in a chokehold and I like it!! The owners are beyond pleasant, always smiling and eager to assist. The food is always made with love and perfection. I am so elated to have come across this restaurant it’s my new favorite. Please try it I promise you won’t be disappointed.

****Update****October 24th Unfortunately went back for second time and food was not the same. Shrimp were extremely overcooked and rubbery (or possibly they were old). We also had ordered a Perch dinner and the portion was disguised with extra breading. For the money the product should be perfect. I am sad to say I won't be going back. ***************************** First time customers and my experience was amazing. All food made to order, hot, fresh and crispy. Shrimp was cooked just right. Serena was so sweet and helpful!! Thank you!! We will be back. Also restaurant was very clean and tidy. Looking forward to trying other menu options.

Food was disgusting!! I had the chicken which was half way cooked and no flavor. Their house sauce was nasty. The shrimp was ok. I'm so disappointed I spent $23 which included a tip for six small shrimp and 3 small wings.
