I had my first massage with Liz. She was warm, attentive and professional. We spent the first few minutes talking through my history and areas of pain. She explained to me what to expect from the visit and her style of massage. The massage itself was incredible with a mixture of Swedish and deep tissue in my tight spots. It was therapeutic from beginning to end. I look forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!

I had a really great experience with Liz at her Lafayette location! It was nice to feel the privacy and comfort of being in a house, along with the music and aromas used. Liz is so nice, really took the time to personalize my experience and had open communication about what adjustments, such as pressure or temperature of the bed, she could do in order to make my experience better. I booked an appointment for my fiancé about a month later and he had a great experience as well.
